Enjoy this peaceful beautiful property located on the south shore of Lake Travis. The "Treehouse on Lake Travis: Unit#15" offers 1st class amenities to give you a wonderful living space. Gather around the beautiful living room area, dine, or enjoy a relaxing time by the deck. Bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and linens. 5 Star clean. Such comfort will make you not want to leave. If you do, there is a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area and the Marina is steps away.

The space
Unique decagon architectural design, vaulted ceilings, panoramic windows, wood floors throughout, wrap around deck with incredible views, a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with ice maker/water-dispenser, convection stove, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, disposal, washer and dryer. A spacious dining room perfect for entertaining and ample space for cooking with a view of the lake sets this unit apart from the others. All bathrooms come with a combination tub and shower. The two bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, one king and one queen bed. WIFI and Basic Cable included. This free standing 2 bed/2bth with sofa sleeper unit, it's a home in itself with no shared walls giving you the privacy you deserve.

Amenities:
Swimming pool, hot tub & grill area are shared spaced that guests are allowed to access during their stay.

Other things to note:
- Owing to the unpredictable Texas droughts, fluctuations in Lake Travis water levels may occasionally alter our property's lakeside view throughout the year. Rest assured, lake access remains consistently accessible through the convenient proximity of Lakeway Marina, just a brief 5-minute walk from the property.
- Absolutely no pets allowed in the unit.

Such a cute tree house. The house was very clean and came with all the amenities we needed. My boys loved the wrap around porch. The view of the lake is not great, but still able to see through the trees. Easy access to the Lakeway Marina! I would definitely recommend!

The stay was absolutely nice. The scenery was gorgeous and the pictures matched the house to a tea! Thete wete no issues with anything in the house. I definitely would stay again. My girls and i had an amazing time for my birthday. Definitely one for the books and very memorable

What a great home, with all amenities needed in a beautiful location. The home was so comfortable, well kept, clean and the mattress was the most comfortable I've slept on when away from home. Bathrooms looked recently updated tastefully and the home has been well maintained. The host provided everything needed for an easy check in and any questions we had were promptly answered. We spent alot of time out on the deck taking in the beautiful surroundings, walked to the resort restaurant overlooking the lake and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Loved this house

We had a great time. The house is clean, comfortable, and in an excellent neighbourhood. We didn't lack anything. We enjoyed the pool and the lake, and the quietness. Amazing bird watching from your balcony. There's is no direct access to the lake from the resort, but the marina is very close. Great fishing in the lake! The kids want to come back next vacation. Went for our Anniversary/family wedding. Reception took place at the Lakeway resort! We were in walking distance of the resort. Everything was very clean, convenient and all around a great place! Highly recommend if your ever in the Austin area!

Clean, convenient, and cozy!

We loved our stay at the treehouse! We will definitely stay again when traveling to Lakeway. It was a quick walk to the marina and a 10 minute drive to all the shops and restaurants we visited. The space itself was clean and came with all the amenities we needed. Perfect for our lake weekend getaway!

My name is Nadia, I am originally from Mexico and recently moved to Austin after living and working in Seattle for the tech industry for about 20 years. I live with my lovely husband and eight-year-old daughter. We love travelling around the world as a family, my husband is European (half Polish and half Russian), and we are super happy that our daughter is already 100% fluent in Spanish, Polish and English. We are a very outdoor family, we love hiking, camping, walking, swimming and also playing music. We also consider ourselves foodies as we love to explore good and unique dishes everywhere we go. We have purchased the "Tree House on Lake Travis" as a second home to enjoy the beautiful Lake Travis area. If this is your first time staying with us, thank you so much in advance for the opportunity of hosting you.
