★ 24/04/19 Nous sommes ravis de vous présenter notre tout nouveau bassin profond à débordement de périmètre (avec un bord infini sur tous les côtés), avec bassin pour enfants intégré, désormais disponible pour votre usage exclusif. ★

Un emplacement privilégié en bord de mer, une rénovation complète en 2015 et le nouvel ensemble font de Hola Paradise un lieu de spectacle absolu.

La propriété dispose de trois unités (mais seulement deux locations; la troisième est occupée par le propriétaire), et cette liste est pour louer l'unité intermédiaire, un 3/2 avec une chambre lit king avec vue sur l'océan, une chambre lit queen avec vue sur l'océan, une troisième avec deux jumeaux et cuisine complète. Il n'y a pas d'espaces partagés et, par conséquent, tout ce qui est présenté sur les photos - y compris la piscine - est réservé à l'usage exclusif de l'unité centrale.

Commodités notables: piscine chauffée à l’énergie solaire (profondeur maximale: 3,5 m) et pataugeoire, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, hamac, berceau Pack N Play, blanchisserie gratuite, parking gratuit, Wi-Fi gratuit, télé paquet de câble de langue) dans les chambres et le salon. Best house on the beach!

We’ve been to Rincon many times and this is, by far, the most gorgeous property on the beach. The home is clean, well equipped with anything you need during your stay, close to shopping and restaurants and the view is unmatched. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time here. The property was well equipped and very clean. The location is absolutely amazing. We walked the beach several times a day, swam in the pool and relaxed on the patio. There is an endless supply of good restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful house!

First off, the pictures don’t do it justice - outdoors and indoors are spectacular. Jeff and Rae are kind, amazing hosts and have thoughtfully designed the entire experience to ensure private enjoyment and convenience. Fantastic Beach House

We loved staying here. It was so peaceful right on the ocean. We never needed to touch the AC thanks to the breezes coming in from the ocean. The owners were great and checked that we had everything we needed. The house had everything we needed and more. The island had a major power outage while we were there, but we were unaffected thanks to the solar and backup generator, which isn’t something I thought about looking for in a property but I was sure glad we had it!

Wonderfu!

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids and it really couldn’t have been better! The kids loved the pool and were in there multiple times/day. My husband and I were frequently on the lanai watching them and reading or sipping our morning coffee. The beach access was perfect and we frequently visited the beach for some wave jumping and sunset watching. The house really had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would definitely return!!

Beautiful Getaway

This place was amazing! It's even better than the pictures show. Location was perfect. Short drive to restaurants, bars, stores, Rincon, etc... We spent a lot of time at the house just enjoying the pool and outdoor area it was perfect. The house has everything you need. And can we talk about the sound of the ocean waves crashing at night while you sleep?! little slice of heaven. We definitely want to come back.

Perfect Spot

This place was a perfect mix if you like a resort feel from a private home. Between the pool and all of the beach toys you have access to it was easy to spend a day just hanging out, but there were a ton of things to do only 10 min drive away in Rincon. We also did Scuba, snorkel, fishing trip, waterfalls and caves which were all between 10-50 min drives away. It’s a drive to get to West PR from San Juan but we’ll worth it for how much cheaper and nicer everything is. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Amazing!!

This was nothing short of an amazing week. Our hosts were great. The house was fantastic! We took walks on the beach every morning and evening. It was centrally located so we were able to do everything we wanted. Bio Bay, scuba diving, snorkeling multiple beaches, rain forest and so much more. A quick trip to Casa Bacardi was a blast! It is a beautiful area and we really hope to go again! Would book again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Everything was beyond expectation! The home directly on the beach with your own private pool completely makes the stay! The owners live downstairs, but you don't hear or see them at all. The kitchen was well set up and we were able to have breakfast and grill dinner a few times which was great! We will definitely keep this on our list to return to! Loved it!!

Amazing!

Great spot! The highlight of the listing to us was the pool and view, and both definitely lived up to the hype! It’s a great setup to get the beach feel (sights, sounds) right from your own spot. We walked the beach each night, and that was great too (not great for swimming with our kids, but we enjoyed watching the surfers and there are great beaches all around). The other thing we were very impressed with were the amenities. A lot of listing claim to have beach toys/chairs/whatever, but this listing has many things like that in GREAT condition. Like 10 high quality beach chairs, tons of snorkel gear, toys for the kids. Owners were very friendly and helpful!

Perfect location!

We wanted a location away from the City, on the beach, and with a private pool. Hola Paradise was absolutely perfect! Not only did it meet our criteria in that respect, the rental has all the amenities for cooking or barbequing meals, the beds are VERY comfortable, (an absolute must for me personally), the kitchen & living room area is nicely laid out and was cozy for the five of us. And the pool was AMAZING! Along with the covered lounge and outdoor dining area around it. The beach at the property is a surfing beach so be prepared to brave the breakers coming in, but those constant breakers also provide a perfect sound to lull you to sleep at night. And there are many beautiful calm sandy beaches within short driving distance that we went to for swimming and snorkeling. There is also a convenient little bodega just a 2 minute walk from the property and a supermarket with anything you'd want just 3.8 km down the road. And kudos to Jeff and Rae for going out of their way to make our stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and only wish I could've stayed there longer!

Beautiful place

Beautiful house and facilities. The area is very quiet and private. The house is beautifully set up. The kitchen is well equipped. The infinity pool And its surroundings are the highlight!!! The beach maybe rough some days but water is very clear We enjoyed it, loved it and will definitely be back.
