Vous pouvez nourrir les oiseaux et les écureuils à partir du pont supérieur de cette maison renversante. La maison est claire et lumineuse et dispose également d'un grand pont inférieur privé. Trois suites de maître aussi! Le salon dispose de deux puits de lumière pour laisser entrer la lumière naturelle du soleil, ainsi que d'une cheminée en mosaïque et d'une télévision. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la salle à manger avec une lucarne supplémentaire. Il y a un lit king dans la spacieuse suite parentale de niveau supérieur. Outre deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée, l'une avec un lit queen-size et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux, il y a un espace supplémentaire pour la salle familiale avec une télévision et une porte coulissante qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse avec barbecue et bain à remous. Fun older home in low-traffic location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of five enjoyed this older split-level home for our Sunday-to-Saturday stay. The upstairs living area is bright with many windows and skylights looking out at trees and a few other homes. It has nice backyard deck space both up and down. We had an issue with the hot tub which was made right by the property management company and spa maintenance company so we could continue relaxing there as well. Solid desk and internet allowed remote work on webcam without issues.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked this house for its outdoor space and it did not disappoint. Outdoor chairs were comfortable, they even included lounge chairs. East access to hot tub. Quiet area perfect for relaxing. Inside the house was quite dated and didn’t fit the area. Upstairs sitting area wasn’t comfortable for even 4 people. White carpet had a couple stains that were still stiff as if it was never cleaned. This house would be great if some updates are made.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a lovely off-season trip to Sunriver. The house was perfect and just as described. We loved that is was away from the main hub of activity and provided lots of peace and quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

Good place for families with young kids

Plenty of stains in carpet, dings in walls, etc. Nice deck, though there were boards that had warped and screws sticking out of them. Hot tub was well-maintained and it was nice that each bedroom had a full bathroom.

Totally adequate and nice quiet spot

Good things: quiet neighborhood not far from bike path, A/C and hot tub worked well, and the outside deck was a nice space even though it could use some minor maintenance (some loose boards with screws popped up). Bad things: No SHARC passes included which was not clear in the listing when we booked it, the bath tubs needed a better clean before we got there and the kitchen ammendities (stove/microwave) are probably at least 20 years old. Everything is from the 90s but it works for a rental. Our 2 year old had space to play on carpet. Check in and check out were smooth and maintenance/trash pick up folks came and went on their own. The no SHARC pass was a real bummer since the SHARC not allowing general admission due to staff shortages. So if you have a toddler and want to go to a pool, you might want to look elsewhere.

Both of us had to work during our week stay, and my son had to zoom school too. There is a desk in master bedroom, in the living area, and a folding table in master closet. Internet service was good for our needs, no issues. The house itself is pretty old but functional with all the original appliances, and no automatic garage opener. We stayed there in January and enjoyed Sunriver paths for walking/biking. After the snowfall they got plowed so you can walk comfortably even in sneakers :).

There is a ton of grout on the floors, kitchen and bathroom counters... which means lots of bits of toothpaste and spillage from the previous renters. White carpet with stains. Paint peeling off the deck. The fridge runs 24/7 (noisy for the room below) and there are mice living within the walls that you listen to while falling asleep. Good location and a lot of potential if this place is fixed up.

Annual Sunriver Girlfriends Get Away

Loved having the 3 master suites with each having their own bathroom. The deck sitting was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time outside with some sunshine. House is dated and needs some TLC with new carpeting, painting the inside as well as the deck, but I am sure this is why the pricing appears to be lower than other rentals. Nice having two TV viewing areas however the big screen TV did not have a DVD available to use with it, so we were forced to watch our movies on the smaller screen TV upstairs. Total bummer especially knowing how inexpensive DVD players are, there should have been one for each TV. The house temperature was tough to control as there was only one master system which created a very cold downstairs when the upstairs was just right. The Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking dishes but could really use some new dinnerware as it was not very appealing eating off the cracked dinner plates. All and all even with our minor disappointments, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting here again.

1 Shadow Lane-Dirty & Disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 1 Shadow Lane in Sunriver 7/30/2020-8/2/2020. Start with the positive feedback: layout was nice. One full bathroom to each bedroom. Also, the decks were large. Negative feedback: the house was dirty, stained, and very dated. For the $200.00 in housekeeping fees I would expect the carpets to at least have been decently vacuumed. My husband had to vacuum the entire house. The glass doors out to the upper deck had fingerprints all over them. Dusty artificial plants & windowsills. Hair on the master bedroom bedding. None of the kitchen cabinets had knobs so where you had to touch them to open them it was grimy & sticky. The entire house just felt dirty & like we were in a bad 80’s time warp. All the furniture & carpet had stains all over. No access to any of the local pools but paid $123.15 in resort fees. Only 2 bikes. 1 bike had breaks that didn’t work well, which was reported by another review & not fixed. We would definitely not rent from Village Properties again if that is their standard.

Wonderfully Quiet Location

The homeless wonderful and as beautiful as pictured. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and allowing us to stay. The hot tub was clean and hot. We did leave a note that the carpets look like they need cleaned and one of the bikes does not have working breaks. Both minor things and just wanted to let the owner know. Overall wonderful home
