Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a quick 3 night trip with 12 in our family to Pigeon Forge.Stayed at Hickory Lodge,beautiful cabin!Plenty of room for all,comfy beds,& great location. Elk Springs Resort went above & beyond with our stay,even a personal call to see if we needed anything!Will definatly stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was great. The property was very clean and taken care of. The property could use a few updates. The property management did a great job throughout the stay with checking in and making sure everything was well. The roads are very narrow leading to the property and I would advise to head in before it gets dark, which puts a limit on activities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mother drank a glass of wine & she spit out a tiny piece of glass. It didn’t cut her toungue but it was definitely unsettling.Also,I believe there is a mouse in the cabin- we could hear it running around at night!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After the long drive from Nashville we looked forward to a some time in the hot tub to relieve the 5 hours cramped in the car. When i went to fix cocktails .... no ice. Broken ice maker was a solid block of ice. When we contacted mgt we were told two hours. So after 5 hours in the car we went in search of ice. When we got back we tried the "hot" tub. It was a lukewarm 84 degrees. We contacted mgt. They sent someone out represented that it was fixed. It never got above 87 degrees and usually hovered at 84. Numerous messages to mgt. Yes they respond but do not know how to fix. We were finally told that they knew about the ice maker and were awaiting parts. Why not a bag of ice in the freezer?????? They did not know how to fix the non-hot tub and were going to contact the manufacturer. The tub was a loss the whole time we were there. We decided to try to make the best of it and fill the jetted tub in the bedroom. It ran out of hot water before the jets were submersed. The wash cloths were more abrasive than the sandpaper I use between coats of varnish. Kitchenware cheap ****. The "starter material" they tout consisted of greasy used salt and pepper shakers, two dishwasher tablets and sing soap. No sugar, coffee, coffee filters. Lots of spiders though. In light of the fact that that the paperwork states that mgt does not adjust for inoperative things like hot tubs... you knew it did not work. We found a note from a prior occupant. And when you state you were waiting on parts ... you knew it did not work. Saying you were "responsive" is like a fireman showing up without water. To call these "luxury" or "resort" cabins because they have indoor plumbing ..... try the wash cloths.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m generally a very positive person so I’ll start with the positive ... we all had an amazing time with family!! This rental company is generally fantastic as Ive have rented multiple times within the elk springs development.The negatives: 1. Arcade game buttons not functioning correctly. 2. Hot tub works only on low jet setting.3. Only one dart at the dartboard. 4. Gas grill electric igniter dies not work. 5. Beds were clearly cheap and seriously uncomfortable. 6. Downstairs bedroom satellite TV did not work. 6. One of the rockers out front is broken and almost caused serious injury. 7. The double rocker at the firepit is broken. 8. Toilet paper holder in master bedroom is broken. 9. Front and back decks not blown off for leaves. 10. No dishwasher tabs were left for us 11. Kitchens and bathrooms were clean, rest of the cabin could use a good thorough cleaning. 12. Trash thrown off the back deck should be picked up.Sorry to be negative but the rental company and/or the owners need to know-
