Cette unité du deuxiÚme étage entiÚrement rénovée (avec accÚs par ascenseur) dispose de trois chambres, deux salles de bain et est entiÚrement équipée avec une cuisine en granit et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, une salle à manger avec des siÚges pour 8, un salon avec de nouveaux meubles en cuir et une buanderie avec taille laveuse / sécheuse. Son patio privé avec moustiquaire surplombe la piscine sereine et l'étang communautaire, avec fontaine et sentier pédestre. Cette unité est joliment décorée avec des touches modernes et a tous les rendez-vous pour vous faire sentir comme chez vous, y compris les téléviseurs dans le LR (ROKU Smart TV avec Netflix, YouTube + des milliers de programmes de streaming) et toutes les chambres pour votre plaisir. Great Condo 1 hiccup

We have stayed at Seaside at Anastasia for 5 years. The Condominiums are great and grounds are kept up nicely. This year the pool was down for more than half of our stay which was very disappointing. Management claimed it was due to Black Algae brought in from the ocean. With it being mid July that was a major set back for us. I wish the problem would have been resolved sooner so we could have used the pool.

Great experience!

Overall, we had an excellent experience. Pros: Location, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, friendly and helpful property manager, ease of check in and check out, lovely furnished property, close to the beach! Cons: we had difficulty finding the gate to enter (our GPS took us to an unusable entrance gate to the property and it took a bit to find the right one). All of us felt the beds were uncomfortable. If the mattresses are updated, everything would be absolutely perfect. I’d still give it a 9.5/10.

Girls trip

When we arrived we found that the property and condo was very nice. It was perfect for the five of us. We loved the screened in terrace. The property is properly explained as to its amenities. It was clean. We overall had a very nice trip.

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo! It was so well stocked in the kitchen and for outings to the beach. There were some issues with one of the sinks not draining in the master bath but we just used the other sink. That sink and shower also drained slowly. The beds in the master bedroom and queen bedroom were very comfy. My adult daughter found the beds in the bunk room to be uncomfortable so maybe better suited for children. Location is great!

Comfort

Unit was just as described, very clean, very comfortable, efficient, for our needs. Master bed very firm/comfortable, (to us.). Screened in deck overlooking pond area, plenty of linens, dishes, all appliances, and air conditioning working, granite countertops in kitchen, and NO CARPET! Quiet/clean compound
it’s always nice when the exterior is as clean, renovated, and updated as the interior. Short walk to beach, several restaurants, and 10 min drive to historical district, and grocery store. I used Instacart from Publix, and groceries arrived soon after check- in. ~Had a clogged drain in master shower that manager sent maintenance to remedy first day. We would stay again.

Girls Vacation

We go on a annual trip every year. All women, aged 53-75. The condo was beautiful, we loved the screened deck where we sat at night and perfect for our morning coffee before we got ready to set out for the day. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We generally walked to eat every night. I’m a walker and walk early mornings before everyone got up. Beautiful walks to the beach and around the walking area around the condo. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Nice stay 5 nights

This is just like photos. It is a quiet place. Walk to the pier and restaurants and the beach. It is clean but the air was stale, could use some fresh air or a gentle smell well. The king size bed was comfortable! The queen bed was not. One of those beds you roll to the middle. It has a foam on top but just makes it a softer pit. That is a shame as the tag on the bed shows it is a year old. They have lots of pool and water things but we did not use them. If you use spices you should bring them with cooking spray and a peeler. Baggies, paper towels, foil, etc. you might need laundry soap as it is a very small amount available. This is a nice place and I would recommend it.

Quiet vaca

We enjoyed our stay and it was quite relaxing. The pool was a little small for all the condos that are complex but we enjoyed it. Great location walking distance to beach which was also great.

Wonderful Condo

My family had a wonderful week staying here. The unit was clean and had all the amenities. The owners have put time and much thought into this vacation retreat, from the beach umbrellas to the linens. The location was great with a Publix 2 miles away and many restaurants within walking distance.

Cool, Pretty, and Comfortable

Our group of six (daughter, son-in-law, our two grandchildren, husband and me) were comfortable in this modern, clean condo with a beachy decor and good, comfortable furniture, four tv's, a fabulous master suite with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, another bathroom near the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed ( a little on the soft side), and the third bedroom with bunk beds, and a twin with a trundle, and a well-stocked kitchen. We especially appreciated the rolling cart to carry beach chairs (and beach chairs were provided as well as umbrellas). It is an easy walk to the beach along a sidewalk and there is a pedestrian crossing which is helpful to cross A1A. The beach is near the pier with public bathrooms and outdoor showers. There are many noteworthy places to eat with outdoor seating, take-out, and indoor. A terrific spot all around!

Listing was as described on VRBO. The condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants with very good food within walking distance. Communication with the rental company was excellent! The office has books and games you can use during your stay. Historic St. Augustine just a short drive away. Thumbs up!

Very clean and cozy

The condo was very nicely decorated. Plenty of room for everyone (grandmother, mother, step dad and son). Close to the beach and good restaurants. Would recommend. Only issue was noise from redoing the roof and facia boards. Started way too early in the morning for a vacation rental (7am).
