Spacious “Sea Breeze”, 2nd floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully furnished with equipped kitchen, laundry room & balcony overlooking the lake & welcoming the sunrise.
With tile & hardwood floors, beautiful beachy decor, it sleeps 7. The morning-lit master suite opens to balcony & boasts a renovated bath with soak tub & hand painted sea creature mural. Really great location, can walk to about anything needed including the beach. Short drive to historic downtown. Balcony faces east for morning sun. Highly recommend.Chris was responsive (and patient) when gps led me to the wrong entrance on the first day.

We came to St. Augustine for my son's birthday and New Year's. Everything about the condo was great, and we didn't have any problems. All the amenities were excellent and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. We would definitely love to come back next time!

The Perfect Family Condo

Great location! Five minute walk to the beach. Short walk to restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen and for the beach. Just bring your clothes and everything else is provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Place for a Family Getaway

Such a beautiful place and plenty of space for our family of 7. We loved the walking distance to the beach and all the awesome supplies they had to help us make it a great day. The kitchen also had all the supplies we needed to help us cook a few meals. The family all wished for one more day.

We loved this condo, it was very-well maintained and clean. There was not a day that we were not sitting out on the balcony, at all hours of the day. Chris was responsive and a great host, we would absolutely go back for another stay!

Great condo for a large family

My family of seven enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo and complex were clean, quiet, safe, modern, and was in an excellent location. Though we were in a busy area directly across from the pier, the gated condo complex was calm and great for our kids. If we return to Saint Augustine Beach for future vacations, we will definitely consider staying at this location again.

Family Getaway

Although this property is not located directly on the beach it is a short walk across A1A. It is even convenient to drive over because of the free public parking at the pier. The pool area was nice, and the splash pad across the street is fun for kids. 🌊 🏖️ 🌞 It's also a short and easy drive to Historic St. Augustine.

Great quiet Condo close to beach

Just a block from beach, short walking distance to restaurants and breakfast. Great decorations, and even has beach supplies! We enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, quiet area with how big it was! Felt safe and secure! Chris the host responded quickly if I had questions. Close drive to historic downtown! Had everything we needed! Great stay by the beach!

This was the perfect VRBO for my family and I. It was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had many great touches to make for a comfortable week in St Augustine. It’s right across the street from the beach and close to many great restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone. Chris was very responsive anytime we needed anything, which was limited given the place already had everything we needed. Top notch experience!
