Notre proximitĂ© de la Blue Ridge Parkway et du centre-ville Asheville, nous fait le lieu idĂ©al pour sĂ©journer lorsque vous visitez Western North Carolina. Notre cadre de montagne Ă  distance est idĂ©al pour la dĂ©tente, ou si vous ĂȘtes plus aventureux, nous sommes Ă  quelques minutes de nombreuses attractions de la rĂ©gion.

Nous sommes situés sur le Blue Ridge Parkway prÚs de la Folk Art Center et à seulement dix minutes du centre-ville éclectique Asheville et Biltmore Estate. Lovely little cabin to spend a couple of days at. I did take my two dogs and it was a comfortable stay for all of us. Two notes about bringing dogs - we sighted a bear twice in the yard near the cabin so if you need to take your dogs out for a potty break at night, be aware. Also, the trail is so close by - just up the road with is fabulous. It is a narrow trail (as most are) and there were a lot of people and dogs on the trail so if your dog cannot pass politely by another dog (this would be one of my dogs!) then this is not the trail for you. The owner was very receptive to my questions and really made an effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The road to the cabin is not paved but no issues at all driving on it. I would 100% stay again!

My husband, young daughter, dog and I spent a weekend in Asheville celebrating our wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful stay at the Little Moose Cabin! Very quaint and comfortable. Close to hiking and not far from downtown. Will definitely be back!

Cabin was great! Saw a black bear and her cub on the way in and out off the road. Only issue we had was the hills were a bit steep for my civic with a 1.8 liter engine, but we got up there!

Amazing Asheville Spring Break Stay

Amazing trip to the little moose Cabin over spring break. The cabin is the perfect location, in the woods and private but 15 minutes from all the downtown things you could want. Simms was a great host! Cabin was so cute and welcoming! Saw LOTS of bear which was amazing!! Had a great stay, definitely recommend

Little Moose Cabin

Little Moose Cabin is lovely - perfect for two people. Very close to a grocery and civilization but nestled in the woods.Rather interesting gravel road in the rain at night - but wonderful to wake up in the morning and sit in the hot tub overlooking the mist and trees - thank you for the hospitality granted!

Perfect Getaway Spot

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy cabin. I had a black bear show up unexpectedly but it was awesome to see it in the wild. It sniffed around and left peacefully ha. The cabin was nice and quiet while still a close drive to downtown Asheville. There's also a really nice hiking trail just up the road.

Perfect Small Cabin in the Woods

Though the drive was a bit hairy, once we got to the property I was absolutely thrilled. The cabin was quaint but not small as the space was used perfectly. I did see a small black bear which was thrilling though I think I scared it more. Ao thankful for the rental, the quiet of the environment and the cool looking Yurts down the road. An additional benefit was how close the hiking was
 perfect rental.

30th birthday getaway

We absolutely loved the little Moose cabin! The location is perfect, everything in Ashville is within a 20 minute drive and the extra drive to be up in the mountains was absolutely worth it.

Relaxing

Great stay. Hot water was off but we reached the host and initially used a nearby property to shoeer then ours was fine. The road is very remote and difficult to traverse in rain and bad weather. Overall a great stay.
