Fantastic

Excellent place that featured "the little things" that make a great place GREAT. From the books in the bedroom to the dishes that were available, the place really stands out as pure class and an excellent place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful few days

We had absolutely no issues with this condo. One of the best we have stayed in. The unit had everything we needed and more, was impeccably cleaned, and very well setup. We will be back here for sure when we come to the Pensacola area!

Perfect family getaway

This was an amazing place to stay for our family. We really enjoyed the location as well as the property itself. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they got back to us right away. They offered to send someone to wash the dishes since they had to wait on a part. We loved the view of this property. We would highly recommend this place to others!

Getaway to Florida.

We had a great stay at this property in Pensacola. The condo could not have been better. Being on the 14th floor with an entire wall of windows looking out on the Gulf of Mexico and the beach was breathtaking. The condo fit every one of our needs. It was clean and roomy. The access to the unit was probably one of the easiest that we have experienced with VRBO. BB did a great job!

Perfect in every way.

The address itself is super convenient and there wasn’t much traffic. The condo is close to the elevator but not so close that you hear people all the time. Kitchen was fully stocked, furniture was super comfortable, view was fantastic out the balcony. The host was super gracious when we thought we lost a key. We would 100% stay here again.

Meeting our 1st great grandson

We flew our granddaughter, husband and baby to Pensacola from San Diego and wanted a condo spacious enough for all. It certainly was that. Loved the openness of the dining room and living room as well as the large patio that was pleasant to sit at after dinner. The agency was so friendly and made it easy to rent and check in. We will definitely recommend this to our friends

Fantastic Rental

The rental unit was everything we expected. The views from the lanai were fantastic. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need. The linens and towels were top quality. This was one of the best units we've rented. Kaylin at the management company was the best. She ensured our arrival went without a hitch. We were comfortable from the moment we entered the unit. We will definitely be returning.

Nice Place

We loved being right on the Gulf and also having a choice of pools on the property. Just note that “family” hours at the indoor pool and hot tub are from noon-6pm daily. The condo has many nice and thoughtful touches. Other than the outdoor attractions, I decided on this particular condo because of the porch furniture which was far from your regular table and chairs. There are four over-sized sofa-like swivel chairs that were awesome to sit and relax, which is what I wanted to do. I can’t overstate how much I enjoyed The porch and relaxing hours on end!

Complex was nice and secure. However, the gate to the beach was was not working properly for the guests to get back in to the complex. The unit was very well equipped. The smaller bedrooms mattress was a little hard. We had everything we needed for a family getaway. The oven needs some attention. It was smokey when used. We would stay here again.

Can I just say WOW!!

The property, unit, location could not be better. The check in process was simple, and we loved the virtual assistant on the wall in the unit. The unit was spotless when we checked in. The daily beach chair rental was an added bonus. The selection of glasswear, dishes, pots, pans, etc. , was beyond expectations. There is a built in ice maker that was essential for bringing coolers to the beach. The bedding was comfortable, and there were many beach towels available for beach use. This unit is an excellent choice for families, friends, any groups who live being right on the beach within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, and other activities.

Tropical Storm

Condo was not clean. Refrigerator and kitchen sink had a horrible odor. Electrical wires exposed on outlet. Vendors given our access code without our consent and allowed in condo to pick-up chair that needed repaired. Totally unacceptable as my daughter and new born baby were in condo. Our access code was never reset after that which is also unacceptable. It's a shame as the rest of the property was really nice.
