Located on the 4th floor of the Tower building, this immaculate and beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo will surely delight the most discerning vacationer. 1 Free Seasonal Beach Chair set and Umbrella provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to our guests).

Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool! The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 18 years old and younger from 12pm-6pm.

With over 1,600 square feet of interior space and over 1,000 square feet of covered balcony space you have all of the room you need or would ever want to relax and enjoy your vacation overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bright, beautiful, and impeccably adorned this condo’s stunning oceanfront location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach s most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

Beach Club is located in the Core of Pensacola Beach with easy walking distance to the Pensacola Beach Pier, Casino Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping. Beach Club is minutes away from Historic Downtown Pensacola, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Pensacola Bay Center, and the Blue Wahoo’s stadium!

Great Condo!

We liked the location, the view and it was the most well appointed kitchen of any condo we have ever stayed. We cooked several nights and it was a breeze!

Great Location

Overall nice property. Can't beat the location, short walk to the beach or pool. We also walked to many great restaurants and stores. The 3rd bedroom with twin beds was small as was the bathroom in the hallway. Not great for adults but would have worked for kids. Only other item we would deduct for was the furniture in the living room which was stained and could use updating. The outdoor patio was amazing. Large enough for 5 adults and great views. Overall solid 4/4.5.

Not the best

The pictures make this condo look nicer than what it is in person! The furniture was very run down and dirty, especially the sofa. The coffee tables and bar stools pictured is not what is actually in the condo. The coffee table there was a mini circular table that 1 drink could be sat on. The condo also did not feel very clean (floors and bathrooms especially)! We were very disappointed in the condo for the very large amount of money we paid to stay.

Love the property but this unit isn’t well equipped

Unit was clean however it was not well equipped. When we arrived there were 2 washcloths. The cable in the den and one bedroom never worked. The freezer door wouldn’t close well and all our frozen food melted before we realized it. We called front desk on both issues but they were never addressed. There were only 4 spoons in the silverware set. There was no large pot for cooking (we ate in most of the time with 2 small children and restaurants terribly crowded). I have stayed at Beach Club before and loved our stays, but I cannot say I was pleased with Unit 402. With prices nearly doubled from last year this was all a disappointment.

Short trip

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware. The rooms are a good size, and the balcony had great views to the pool and beach. Only two things to point out that could be better, the couch needed a good cleaning and the grill smoked up that the smoke was going into the condo.

Location and Units are very nice!

The property, location and the unit were great. Big Thank you to the property management people. Our trip was delayed, due to really bad weather and the management people were extremely accommodative. However, the reviews on this property were very accurate. The furniture in the main living space is extremely warn out, there were no blankets on or for the beds, just sheets and coverlets. There were also no beach towels to use, just bath towels. Something to consider if you are coming for an extended stay. We would book again, like I said, the location, parking, and units were really nice.

Nice location

Nice location. Nice condo. Furniture is well worn and should be replaced. Limited pillows and blankets. We were locked out twice due to code issues on our door which was very irritating.

Great location with nice amenities

The condo was very nice with good kitchen supplies for cooking. The location was perfect for walking to stores and restaurants. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub was great for cold days.

Perfect location

This condo is fabulous. The rooms are separated enough for privacy and the common areas are large enough to accommodate six adults. Access to the beach is very convenient as well.

Beautiful property; great location

Very nice updated unit. Accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Well run property with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location on the beach with beautiful view. Near shops and restaurants, and a trolley stop right out front. We hope to be back soon!

Great property

This property is in a great location with wonderful amenities. The lighting could have been better in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bed had a mattress cover that fit oddly. And the bed in the other bedroom wasn’t level and made noise.
