Ce magnifique condo 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain Dulany est situé à quelques pas du domaine skiable Steamboat. Ce condo rénové au dernier étage offre une vue sur la vallée de Yampa et le domaine skiable de Steamboat! Le plan d'étage ouvert permet à votre famille de passer du temps ensemble en partageant un repas ou des histoires de votre journée d'aventure! Chaque chambre de ce condo est décorée avec une touche moderne de montagne. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée a des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. La salle à manger a des siÚges pour 8 à la table avec 2 siÚges supplémentaires au bar. Le salon offre beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille et vos amis pour se détendre ensemble. Il y a un grand téléviseur HD au-dessus du foyer à gaz. Le condo dispose d'une télévision dans chaque chambre. Il y a WIFI gratuit pour garder tout le monde connecté.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king confortable et d'une salle de bains avec des installations modernes. La 2Úme chambre a un lit Queen avec salle de bains. La 3Úme chambre a un lit Queen avec une salle de bain dans le couloir. Un canapé-lit est fourni dans le salon pour vos invités supplémentaires.

Wonderful Stay

This was a great property. Very well appointed and situated perfectly. We had Snowboarders with us and the located was incredible. The rest of us enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, shopping, the Gondola and the overall scenic quality of the property. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be staying here again for next years Steamboat trip.

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo - it has everything we need, but a couple issues from this last visit: it was not management's fault, but the entire condo lost hot water shortly after we arrived. They preferred to move us to a different location (about a mile away) but we decided to stay (with only cold water) since we had just gotten unpacked and my older parents did not want to be moved. Management agreed to us staying and refunded us the last night of our stay. Second, the bed in the master bedroom was pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, the location was perfect and if the bed was replaced we'd consider staying here again in the future. Thanks!

We loved everything about this condo. The view the amenities the location everything was perfect. We actually went to book it again for 2026 but the price doubled from 2025 so we had to look elsewhere.

Great family gathering place

In town for a long weekend with adult children. Great location, super comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well appointed with every supply needed and the large dining table provided a nice meal gathering spot!

Great condo, great location. We enjoyed our stay and would go again. The only small thing I did not care for, is the beds are a bit soft for my taste, but otherwise we were very impressed.

Stone's throw from the Gondola

We loved staying in Dulany 504! The condo unit had was super comfortable with everything we needed -- including a great view of the mountain from the 5th floor. A short walk from the Steamboat Gondola made this ideal for a small group with different start and stop times. We hope to return.

Beautiful Condo in a GREAT location

This was the perfect place for 5 adults. We loved the location. And as a bonus, it is right next to the creek. We could open the door to the balcony and hear the water. Everything was in close proximity. The condo was clean and had perfect space for all of us. We will stay here again when we come back and visit my family!

Convenient, cozy and comfortable

The property was clean inside and out. Having three bathrooms was a delight, the kitchen included sufficient flatware, plates, glasses, etc. as well as kitchen appliances and utensils, the views from the 5th floor were lovely, the two balconies were used and appreciated, seating areas were comfortable, all rooms were decorated tastefully, the guests in the surrounding apartments were quiet, the location of the condo is superb.

Steamboat Gem

The listing underestimated the stunning views and easy walking distance to Steamboat resort base. The unit was quiet with easy access to the local walking trail. Just be prepared for a shower door that leaks. Hopefully the owners will repair that soon.

Beautiful condo but no A/C

I stayed with a few friends at the condo for my bachelorette weekend a couple weeks ago. The condo was beautiful. Amazing views and great location, however there was no A/C in the unit. This was unfortunate because of the summer weather. At night the fans helped cool down the unit. Luckily we were gone most of the day. With that said we still enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
