Ce studio est situé au coeur de DC, près de tout ce que DC a à offrir, nous sommes à 7-10 minutes à pied de la station de métro et à 5 minutes à pied de plus de 10 restaurants dans le coin. C'est un endroit idéal pour quelqu'un qui veut juste profiter de la ville pendant quelques jours. L'unité est très chaleureuse et confortable et dispose d'un grand joyau d'un espace extérieur pour profiter des sites et des sons de la ville. Il y a seulement un parking dans la rue, mais vous pouvez vous garer de chaque côté de la rue sans restriction. L'unité a une demi-cuisine, pas de cuisinière mais a un four à micro-ondes et grille-pain à utiliser. Il a une salle de bain complète avec douche. À seulement 4 pâtés de maisons du Shaw / Howard U. Métro, ce sous-sol anglais moderne apt., Et de hauts plafonds est un endroit propice à la marche à une épicerie gastronomique, bars, restaurants, le Centre des congrès, et Chinatown. La maison a exposé des briques, à seulement 5 stations de métro de la Maison Blanche, du centre commercial et des musées. Le quartier Shaw est dynamique, en constante évolution et plein de diversité et de jeunes. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix avec un hôte expérimenté et sous licence DC! J'essaie de dire bonjour au moins une fois lors de la visite. En général, je donne la vie privée aux invités à moins qu'il y ait une question. N'hésitez pas à poser des questions.

This is an excellent place to stay. Close enough to Washington DC without being in the middle. Close to both airports (we flew into one and out of the other). Roydell was friendly, informative and very easy to deal with. The property was immaculate. Lovely comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. The Bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in a Vrbo property. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

TV is on a swivel arm so can be watched from the bed or the chairs

Great little place for a short stay!

For never had been to DC before, I have to say we hit the jackpot with this VRBO. Located perfectly out of the way of the hustle of the city but close enough to Uber or rent a car to enjoy what the city has to offer.

The room is cold. When it’s 30 degree outside, the host asked me to rely on the space heater, instead of turning on the heat. He did turn on the heat after I reminded him of his legal obligation to do so. Please do not try those snacks, all of which expired.

Hi Lena: You arrived at my unit on March 11th when the local temperature was 84 degrees. Your second day the temperature was 85 degrees. Both days set a record for the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. However, as you requested I gave you an extra blanket in addition to the Down comforter that was on the bed. Granted, the following day there was a huge temperature shift to 36 degrees, and we had a dusting of snow. During your stay, when the temps fell, and as you communicated in our exchanges, the house heating had kicked on. Additionally, I provided a space heater, and you did use it because you said it got too hot. If you weren't familiar with how to operate a Space Heater, you should have asked, just the way you asked me: "How to turn on the Iron to press your clothing." Pardon me for assuming that my guest would know how to turn on an iron and how to adjust the temperature on a heater. You stated that after you turned off the heater because it was too hot, it got so cold that you were freezing, which is ridiculous!   How could it have been 30 inside the house when it wasn't even as cold outside? I wish you had accurately described your stay in my unit and not falsified the conditions. OH, and I went through all the snacks, and YES 2 packages of the Goldfish had expired, which I tossed. If there was truly something that you didn't like about your stay, you could have told me. We also shared many text messages so you had ample opportunity to say something. Your false comments can be harmful and in the future I hope you will assess your language before posting a review. Bad reviews can be the detriment of a small business. You be well and Happy Traveling !!!

Great location, close to everything. There's a lovely farmers market down the street on Sundays. The unit is well maintained and well stocked. The owner, Roydell is awesome and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends traveling in the area. Thank you Roydell!!

A Great Stay

Great place to stay. Extremely clean, the host was friendly and accommodating , we were allowed to drop our luggage off early which was a plus. It was a little distance to the National Mall and museums but the metro busses were within a short walking distance. We would stay here again.
