Cette maison de 3 chambres à coucher avec vue sur le golfe qui surplombe le lac Dune est une beauté. Récemment entièrement rénové, les touches de designer vous feront pâlir. Une superbe piscine dans la cour et à 15 minutes à pied ou à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage d'accès public en feront un lieu idéal pour vos vacances. Promenez-vous dans l’étonnant restaurant de crabes à votre guise situé à un pâté de maison, traînez dans votre piscine privée. Parcourez le sentier de 18 milles en descendant le golfe ou observez simplement les vagues des multiples ponts. Observez la faune dans le lac de dunes ou rendez-vous au centre commercial à quelques kilomètres de là. Destin est proche ainsi que de nombreux terrains de golf et activités amusantes.

Amazing spring break! Perfect weather every day. Private beach was a short golf cart ride or walk. This house is on a nice quiet street. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. Easy ride to restaurants on 30a. Super clean and owner was very responsive and helpful. My young sons loved it!

This house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and a well supplied kitchen. The large secure yard was perfect for our fur babies. The hot tub and pool were easily heated and very clean. Be mindful there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the 4th floor bedroom, but once there the view was spectacular. The only negative was the sunken mattress on one of the second floor queen beds. I’m not sure if it needs repairing or replacing. Also be aware that parking was difficult at the private beach, but certainly accessible if using bikes or taking a walk. Destin’s sand felt like sugar and the water was crystal clear. Beautiful stay, beautiful city!

What a slice of heaven! Not only is the home itself beautiful, Pat is such a wonderful and responsive host. She graciously helped us adjust our reservation due to Winter Storm Fern, provided restaurant recommendations, and quickly helped us troubleshoot some WiFi issues on the first day. Downtown Santa Rosa Beach is cute as a button, and the private beach gives you access to the fine grained white sand and cerulean blue waves of your dreams. The spa was a welcome respite from the cool weather, and our dogs adored the large, fully fenced yard. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of five adults and two infants. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Having a pool and spa was much appreciated because we couldn’t be at the beach all the time with little kids. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved feeding a fish in the pond. Location is great, close to everything but quiet at the same time. We hope to come back sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Gulf Pearl! We had a large group of 7 adults and 5 young kids. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities the home had upon arrival. Pat and Jon have clearly put in a lot of thought and love into this home. The pool is a very good size and we loved the hot tub. The views of the lake and ocean are amazing. You can hear the ocean in the evening from the pool. The owners offer a lot and do have a lot of small house rules to follow. This was not a problem, just a lot to keep track of. We mostly had a younger group, and could handle the stairs. It is a lot of up and down though. There are essentially four levels, pool/ground, entry/laundry/bedbath, kitchen/bath, and bedbath. They have thought of things to make this manageable, and I feel it is represented in the listing, but some of our group were caught a bit off guard. Since we had little ones, we mostly took golf carts to the beach access. There is little to no parking there. There is some off the highway. We mostly dropped off and then parked. It would have been more of a 15-20 minute walk or more with our kids. It is a gorgeous, quiet private beach. There are several restrictions such as no canopies. We were confronted about our beach badge by a property owner there pretty quickly. Most of the restaurants are further away if you want to bike/walk/or cart to them. We did quite a bit of back and forth. But it is a good location if you also want to go down 98. We would stay again!

If you want to be south of 30A and stay in a home that is luxurious with ocean views, this is the home for you! At the end of the street is the 18 mile bike trail that lines the gulf called 30A. The house has a beautiful heated pool/spa and everything you need for an amazing vacation. This is our personal home and we put all the special touches in that you will love. The Koi pond with goldfish and a catfish that you cross when you enter the home is a special treat. We are leaving bikes for free.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

On the quiet side of 30 A you have easy access to a Walmart, the outlet mall, and Destin. You are close to Gulf Place and barbecue restaurant which is a walk away. Gulf place is a mile away for more restaurants and fun.
