We enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of five adults and two infants. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Having a pool and spa was much appreciated because we couldn’t be at the beach all the time with little kids. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved feeding a fish in the pond. Location is great, close to everything but quiet at the same time. We hope to come back sometime soon!

Beach trip with wife and dogs

My wife our two dogs spent a week in the "emerald coast" in early May 2025. We were looking for a relaxing place with access to all the things in 30a. This property was perfect. From the spacious floor plan, to amazing fenced yard with pool & hot tub it was perfect. The host, Pat, was amazing. Continued to check in on our arrival day, and throughout our stay. The location of the property is great, and it's super close to beach access. We loved it so much, we already booked it again for May 2026.

Great quiet family get away

This property was so cute and just what our family needed to close out a very busy year! The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was great for our family who wanted to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and watch the NFL and college bowl games . The owners were very accommodating and very quick to respond to answer questions and gave us some great recommendations for local dining spots.

Great Family Reunion Home

We stayed with our family of 10 and were very comfortable! It was beautifully decorated and gVe us plenty of room. Be aware that you will get lots of steps in because it is 4 floors! The pool area was our favorite area and the grandkids hardly left the pool. We loved grilling and socializing around the pool as well. The nearby beach was stunning and N easy 15 minute walk. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very gracious

A Beautiful Stay

Pat & John were wonderful local hosts that ensured the smallest of details. Great love went into this home and it is Beautiful. The Pool & Spa were Amazing & the Koi Pond was a Hit. We enjoyed our stay & hope one day to be back again.

We loved the house. It was nice, and clean and in a very convenient location. Only thing I’d say may need an update would be the upstairs master bed, you could tell it was old and worn and not the most comfortable so me and my wife kind of struggled with rest some nights. Other than that the house was amazing! We traveled with our three young kids and another couple and everyone absolutely loved it!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

If you want to be south of 30A and stay in a home that is luxurious with ocean views, this is the home for you! At the end of the street is the 18 mile bike trail that lines the gulf called 30A. The house has a beautiful heated pool/spa and everything you need for an amazing vacation. This is our personal home and we put all the special touches in that you will love. The Koi pond with goldfish and a catfish that you cross when you enter the home is a special treat. We are leaving bikes for free.

On the quiet side of 30 A you have easy access to a Walmart, the outlet mall, and Destin. You are close to Gulf Place and barbecue restaurant which is a walk away. Gulf place is a mile away for more restaurants and fun.
