We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Beautiful home in a great location and was walking distance to just about everything! Will definitely be considering for future stays.

Very Nice

Good location. Fun to be right on the canal. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Comfortable when there is a cool ocean breeze, but with no air conditioning it would be very hot if the weather does not cooperate.

Great house in a great location!

We especially loved the patio area with views of the canal -loved watching the paddle boarders and boats go by. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and nice bedding. Great location with easy walk to the beach, a park, restaurants & shops.

Great place!

We loved the cute little cottage and the location. It was very clean and comfortable for six of us to stay in. The only downside, they were having a heat wave and there is no AC so it was a little warm.

Loved this Canal home with a view.

The furnishings were very nice and added to the beachy ambiance. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was luxurious! Our only issue was with parking and construction going on but it’s to be expected. We appreciated the many fans that were provided and a nice cross breeze made the home very comfortable. We would stay here again happily.

4th of July Beach Vacation

my family and I had a great time and this is a great spot. It’s very quiet along the canal, which is a nice break from the craziness along the beach. The property is freshly remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen. It did get a little warm in the afternoons with the lack of AC, but who really spends any time in the rental during the day when you’re in a beach town. :-)

This property was convenient and worked out well for us. The dutch door and back patio were fun! As others have mentioned, this property could use a few updates, some stronger floor fans, blackout blinds in the bedroom, etc.

Overall it was a great experience. Only issue was we wanted to have a later checkout instead of 10am and it’s not available for this property even if we wanted to pay. Other than that, awesome time here.

Good location

It is in a really good location, we walked to the beach and a few restaurants. The unit was so miserably hot inside. We ran the little portable fans the whole stay but it was still soooo hot. We stayed on the patio the majority of the time (it was cooler outside than inside). The patio was nice and relaxing watching the boats and paddleboards.

The property and location are great!

A little bit misleading with when we would get the code for the key. The advertisement said a week before and then I called and they said 24 hours before. It would have been nice to know that it would be the day before instead of thinking I would get it the week before. Long wait times when calling.

Comfortable, but


Everything was awesome, but a couple things to mention to improve amenities-We have stayed at this property before, and always love it. The only issue we had this time is that, though the intentions were good, we had new linens, including towels, throughout. The towels still had stickers on them and smelled like newly manufactured chemicals. They did not absorb water, so we had to take them to our college kid’s dorm to wash prior to using. In addition, the bedding was all polyester, so very uncomfortable, and “slippery”- the sheets and bedding kept sliding off throughout the night.

The location is great. 2 blocks from the beach. Kitchen is small but very functional. We had a couple issues. First, and this is no fault of the owner or Vacasa, this place was a hot box. It was actually cooler outside than inside this condo. Windows open or closed, it didn't matter. Miserably hot. Second, the sheets on the beds were awful. Scratchy and itchy. Easy fix. I hope they take care of it.

Good location, but....

This home as a decent layout and good location but it's poorly kept. For example one of our beds was not stripped and washed but it was made. Luckily I pulled the sheets back before my daughter slept in it to discover clearly soiled sheets. The king bed was turned sideways for some reason which caused a person who is 5'11” to have their feet hang over the edge. The patio wasn't picked up either.

Quick trip to California

We only spent two nights but it was perfect for what we needed. It was pleasant sitting out on the deck. The beds and pillows were really comfortable! Close to the beach, easy two block walk. Having the canal out back was very nice too. We’d definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.For those not used to the parking in the area it can be a little daunting but manageable.

Great location

This is our second time staying in this home because the location is amazing but it really does not sleep 6 well. The main bedroom is large but only has one king size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed and little floor space. The kitchen is a good size, living room has a couch and chair with ottoman. Hard to seat 6 people. There is a dining room and a great size patio that extends out to dock. The carpet is filthy with stains all over. I almost bought an area rug to cover it up!! They ask you to remove shoes while in house but with those stains, I’d keep them on! The bathroom has a tub/ shower . Not very big . The tenant in the front of the house is extremely nosy. Locked our gate without asking us. Claims it’s safer. Was very adamant that my mid size vehicle was not parked the first day I was there and claimed it does not belong in the spot assigned. He’s a little senile.very annoyed I had to deal with him!! Like I said, it’s the location that brings me back!!
