Absolutely loved how responsive host and managers were. Location was nice, but the house is definitely showing wear and tear (a not just because it is literally agains the ocean) and the cleanliness needs to be brought up to standard.

Excellent place to stay near Rincon. Host had 10 star communication. Being on the water you will be close to nature. We saw huge tarpon swimming around reefs (view from upper deck). Birds like pelicans flying by every day. There is a reef that scuba divers swim too just off shore. The only downside to this place is that if you are a light sleeper, the waves can be very loud, and the chickens wake up at 3-5am. Also loud. You do get used to the sounds a bit. Overall excellent experience.

The view exceeds expectations

Lovely view and a huge patio to see it from. Property management immediately took care of a few small items. Great distance from town in a local safe neighborhood. People in the town were all very friendly. Very short drive from Rincon and all notable sites to see.

Great stay

We only stayed 3 nights but it was perfect for our needs. Everything in description was accurate. Air conditioning worked great, we appreciated the basics provided like soap, paper towels, etc. Pool is small but lovely for cooling off. Kitchen items fairly basic but fine for simple cooking. Location is nice and not far from many restaurants.

Incredible property with one hiccup

This property is beautiful, roomy, convenient and awesome!! The only issue I had was I left my Bluetooth JBL Flip4 speaker on the patio furniture outside and it was stolen. We were the only ones there besides the maintenance crew, I didn’t see who took it but we were the only ones at the entire property that day and the next. Other then that it was an incredible stay.

Great property, convenient location

The property was easily located among other similar properties in the neighborhood. We arrived late at night, so we didn't get to see much other than assigning rooms to each of our guests and calling it a night. Next morning, we were awakened by the crashing of the ocean waves at the west porch. Gorgeous view, BIG villa. We had a great view of the ocean, as the property is located right on the water (no beach). We had our own outside lounging area, along with hammock, grill and dining table. Inside the property, each room had towels (beach and bath), and all areas were clean. At the top floor, there is a small pool, with a lounging area, which is perfect to bring adult drinks, food and view the sunset. There is a hot tub as well, which is great to use anytime during the day. The property is right in the outskirts of the town, with beach and stores within walking distance. The downtown area is a MUST during the afternoon after a day at the beach or shopping. We will definitely return!

Naturally born a business man, Jose Luis started his first business as a teenager building and confecting customized surf boards for Surfers from all over the Island. As an entrepreneur, being always true to his passion, the young Quiñones moved closed to the beach in the early 2000 to develop the first Surfers House in the Island’s North Shore in Vega Alta and Isabela, the first “All Inclusive Surfing Tour in Puerto Rico”. Shortly after, he developed La Villa in Aguada, a successful vacation rental property where he welcomed travelers from all over the world.

Always evolving and keeping up with the trends of the Market, in mid 2020 José Luis had the opportunity to acquire Sunset Paradise Villas, an exclusive private property in a privilege location, directly on the water in the beautiful town of Rincón. In the Western tip of Puerto Rico, there is a piece of paradise so vibrant and so colorful, in a privileged location you will find Sunset Paradise Villas, a unique Oceanfront Property, and one of the Best Beach Villas in Rincón, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Our 8 accommodations range from a one-bedroom unit for a couple, to units for 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests. With a total accommodation of 50 Guests. And events venue with room for up to 100 people.

Rincón is also known as the Surfing Capital of the Caribbean and the City of Beautiful Sunsets.

For transportation, it is advisable to rent a car, which will make it easier to travel the most distant parts of Rincón in a short time. Walking distances could be long.

The property is located from downtown about 5 minutes by car and about 30 minutes walking.

To the lighthouse and the surfing beaches it can take 11 minutes by car and more than an hour walking.

For those who are enthusiastic about the sport of surfing, Rincón has excellent beaches that produce world-class waves. The wave season starts in October and ends in April.

In Rincón we enjoy very good gastronomy, art and culture.

Rincón has different offer of bars and restaurants, and tour operators for horseback riding, hiking, visiting waterfalls, agriculture, surfing lessons, sailing, and more.
