This is the first time I’ve had to leave a bad review after years on Vrbo. This property has a fair amount of disrepair. The hosts were very nice but my family was disappointed by what looked to be a nice unit from the listing. I’m really glad we only stayed one night. Windows were dirty, paint was peeling, one of patio doors had lock was that rusted out and would not open from outside (luckily one of our kids was still in the unit), shower and toilet fixtures were loose or disfunctional, one of air conditioners sounded like a motorcycle and we had to turn it off, tv (or remotes) did not work, rooftop pool had no lighting at night (but water was nice), many spiders in the unit. This place has potential but it needs a lot of work before it should be listed.

Absolutely loved how responsive host and managers were. Location was nice, but the house is definitely showing wear and tear (a not just because it is literally agains the ocean) and the cleanliness needs to be brought up to standard.

We loved this property! An amazing setting, location and neighborhood. Feels high end right when you walk in. Very clean and nice, including the kitchen which is fully stocked and well organized. We didn't cook based on a short stay, but you could easily stay here and feed a group for a longer trip. 5 minute drive to downtown Rincon, too much to do in the area to even mention. The rooftop lounge and pool areas are amazing!Even with the obvious damage in the area from previous storms, this is a great neighborhood. Incredibly convenient, easy in/out and parking right at door with no stairs. The management team for this property is very professional. Would 100% stay at this property again!

The view exceeds expectations

Lovely view and a huge patio to see it from. Property management immediately took care of a few small items. Great distance from town in a local safe neighborhood. People in the town were all very friendly. Very short drive from Rincon and all notable sites to see.

Great stay

We only stayed 3 nights but it was perfect for our needs. Everything in description was accurate. Air conditioning worked great, we appreciated the basics provided like soap, paper towels, etc. Pool is small but lovely for cooling off. Kitchen items fairly basic but fine for simple cooking. Location is nice and not far from many restaurants.

Excellent place to stay near Rincon. Host had 10 star communication. Being on the water you will be close to nature. We saw huge tarpon swimming around reefs (view from upper deck). Birds like pelicans flying by every day. There is a reef that scuba divers swim too just off shore. The only downside to this place is that if you are a light sleeper, the waves can be very loud, and the chickens wake up at 3-5am. Also loud. You do get used to the sounds a bit. Overall excellent experience.

1. The property key pad was confusing and not working correctly. It took me a bit every tome to unlock the door. If they update the key pads or put a key would’ve been better. 2. One of the room mattress was dirty and smells moldy. 3. The couch inside was filthy like it was never cleaned from the previous guests 4. The ac in the kids room has been making a weird noise 5. Pool is has bird poop and the filter was green. Besides the pool was small.

Incredible property with one hiccup

This property is beautiful, roomy, convenient and awesome!! The only issue I had was I left my Bluetooth JBL Flip4 speaker on the patio furniture outside and it was stolen. We were the only ones there besides the maintenance crew, I didn’t see who took it but we were the only ones at the entire property that day and the next. Other then that it was an incredible stay.

Great property, convenient location

The property was easily located among other similar properties in the neighborhood. We arrived late at night, so we didn't get to see much other than assigning rooms to each of our guests and calling it a night. Next morning, we were awakened by the crashing of the ocean waves at the west porch. Gorgeous view, BIG villa. We had a great view of the ocean, as the property is located right on the water (no beach). We had our own outside lounging area, along with hammock, grill and dining table. Inside the property, each room had towels (beach and bath), and all areas were clean. At the top floor, there is a small pool, with a lounging area, which is perfect to bring adult drinks, food and view the sunset. There is a hot tub as well, which is great to use anytime during the day. The property is right in the outskirts of the town, with beach and stores within walking distance. The downtown area is a MUST during the afternoon after a day at the beach or shopping. We will definitely return!

Great property and location.

This is a True Paradise. Clean and spacious Villa with everything needed to spend great time with family and friends. Grizel and Carlos, the local Crew, were very helpful and welcoming. Likewise the owners replied in no time all our inquiries before getting there. Definitely very professional and customer service attitude that is now our new standard.
