Anciennement connue sous le nom de "R House Inn" sur VRBO, cette maison entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e datant de 1890 dans le centre-ville de Philipsburg est un endroit incroyable oĂč sĂ©journer. La maison est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain, situĂ©e Ă  4 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du panneau d'arrĂȘt du centre-ville dans la ville historique de Philipsburg, avec des brasseries, des magasins, des restaurants, des cafĂ©s, des saphirs et le Sweet Palace pour en profiter. La maison est Ă  environ 30 minutes de la face avant du bassin de ski Discovery, Ă  15 minutes du lac Georgetown et Ă  45 minutes de la partie supĂ©rieure de Rock Creek, avec de nombreuses possibilitĂ©s de pĂȘche et de randonnĂ©e tout autour.

Les deux chambres ont des lits queen-size et il y a deux futons de grande taille dans la zone commune. Le salon spacieux est meublé avec un foyer au gaz et une belle vue sur l'arriÚre de Discovery et le centre-ville de Philipsburg. La cuisine est parfaite pour créer de délicieux repas et est équipée de tous les appareils nécessaires. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche pleine grandeur, et une laveuse et une sécheuse sont disponibles pour utilisation. Il y a un porche complet situé à l'avant de la cabine ou un porche arriÚre à l'arriÚre, les deux offrant un endroit pour profiter des belles vues pour profiter tout au long du séjour. La cabine peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

A comfy clean house. Walking distance to main street, town is friendly, interesting shops, and very historic. I would stay here again although think the extra charges are excessive.

Family Friendly

This is a very clean property in the heart of P-burg. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities - plenty of games for the littles and the bigs. If you are looking for a down to earth family stay - this just might be the place for you. I loved the large screened porch in the front for just sitting and listening to the morning.

Loved it!

Great Location! Very comfortable bedrooms and Living room. Big kitchen and dining area with everything you need! This is our second time there and we are already looking forward to our next trip.

Great house for kids! Loved all the extras (chalk, games, etc.)

House was in super great location and very kid friendly. Would definitely stay again. Really only complaint was not being able to get it. Switch out key box if it’s known to cause issues.

fishing out of Philipsburgh

The stay was great. Very comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the refrigerator didn't work and I pointed it out to the owner and she was going to take care of it before the next folks came in. Fishing was varied and lots of fun. We would stay there again next year if it is available.

Great Location

This house was down the street from my cousins who had a backyard wedding. We were able to walk to town and shop and walk back. The area is very beautiful and quiet. The house is spacish. The house was clean and has a lot of windows for natural light. We were sad we didn't get to enjoy it much!

Great location

The home is as pictured and described in it's listing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and several spices and a bit more. We walked to down town, but the home is on top of a hill, so a bit of a walk up, but doable. It was a quite neighborhood when we were there. We only stayed 2 nights and were not able to view all of the highlights of the town, so we'll be back and would for sure stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Jana

Cute but WARM

The property is cute and close to the main attractions. There is no AC in the house and no fans for the bedrooms, I would bring your own, it got very warm in there. There is also only one mirror in the whole place so it you have more than one lady getting ready it could be a problem. Plenty of games, blankets, and pillows.

Great spot near the action in and around Phillipsburg

Location is just 3 blocks up the hill from “Main Street”. Basic lodging for 4 that gives you a place to sleep and prepare meals as you enjoy the area. 25 minutes from fishjng in Rock Creek. Minutes from Flint Creek. 20 minutes from Georgetown Lake and 30 minutes from Discovery Ski Resort. And of course, walk down the hill to the brewery, dinner, shops and of course, the in town version of Gem Mountain. Great price per night for 4 adults. Would be nice if there was a better patio to sit out on in the morning and evening.
