Cozy Downtown Philipsburg Studio Guest Cottage

SPÉCIAL AUTOMNE Du 1er septembre au 15 novembre pour des sĂ©jours de plusieurs nuits. Il suffit de demander lors de la rĂ©servation. Ceci est une petite chambre unique dĂ©tachĂ©e de la maison principale qui est notre autre liste. À environ 140 pieds carrĂ©s cette salle est confortable mais confortablement mis en place pour une nuit ou deux (ou plus selon vos besoins). Lit queen size, wifi pour Ă©couter de la musique ou des films, chauffĂ©, four Ă  micro-ondes, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, cafetiĂšre et thĂ©iĂšre. Haut-parleur Bluetooth dans l'unitĂ© invitĂ© pour votre usage. Cette unitĂ© a une demi-salle de bain (pas de douche ou baignoire). Si les clients ont besoin d'un accĂšs Ă  une douche ou Ă  une laverie, nous pourrons peut-ĂȘtre organiser cela si la maison principale est disponible. Il y a aussi une laverie / douche Ă  quelques rues du centre-ville pour 5 $. Le petit patio couvert situĂ© devant la porte d'entrĂ©e offre une vue magnifique sur les espaces ouverts Ă  l'est et sur la dĂ©couverte des pentes de ski au sud. Un nouveau foyer et une clĂŽture pour la protection de la vie privĂ©e ont Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©s cet automne. Beaucoup de touches uniques Ă  la piĂšce, y compris un bureau rabattable et du bois rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©. Cette unitĂ© peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e avec nos autres annonces (Philipsburg Hilltop Getaway) Ă  un prix rĂ©duit (45 $ / nuit vs 55 $ / nuit). Nous reconnaissons que beaucoup d’entre vous ont peut-ĂȘtre des enfants. Le chalet est petit mais il y a de la place pour un sac Ă  dos et jouer ou dormir sur le sol (nous avons les deux, il suffit de demander). N'hĂ©sitez pas Ă  demander si vous voyagez avec un enfant et nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous accueillir (sachez que cela pourrait ĂȘtre un peu juste).
Veuillez noter que cette location est gratuite pour les animaux domestiques en raison de leur taille et afin de réduire les coûts de location et de nettoyage.

We didn’t ski. The cottage was small but lovely. You can walk right down the hill into downtown Pburg. The cottage was clean and the bed was super comfy. The host was top notch! Very accommodating to our schedule!

This is such a cozy little place with a comfortable bed and a wonderful little patio to sit out on. In the evening we could hear cows bellowing in the distance and had a few small herds of deer roam past. Very cute small town with really good restaurants and the Candy Palace is amazing!

It is small, but clean and the bed was very comfortable, with high quality sheets and pillows. The host is smart because obviously you are staying here because you don't need much other than a place to sleep, and she provided a very good one. Nice view and very, very quiet! Connie was accessible and was pleased to see a refrigerator, and good coffee!

Great overnight in Philipsburg!

My husband and I were in Philipsburg for the night over the weekend. This rental was a great location for the event and an easy walk downtown if you don't mind a little incline. The neighborhood was very quiet. It would be nice to take advantage of the outside space for a longer trip. We'd stay again!

Little Cottage in Philipsburg, MT

The property was so cute, and was conveniently located to all attractions in the town. It was very affordable and perfect for our one night stay.

Cozy little cottage

My granddaughter and I went to Philipsburg for sapphire mining. I found this cute little cottage for way cheaper than a hotel room. It’s small and quaint. Great for us. Connie was very straight forward about the size of the space. She included great directions. Always responded when I had a question. It was so peaceful. Exactly what I expected.

Cute Little Cottage, Cuter Town!

Simple getaway

Property was set up nicely for a simple no frills limited amenities place. Listing said so but still a shower would be a nice addition, just make bathroom bigger by building into garage. Add a screen door to keep bugs out fresh air in. Only issue was VRBO details - property access, WiFi information was old information. I had to find the email communication from property owner to get update on secured access & WiFi information. All in all cute and close to town and beautiful views.

Connie thought of everything

Loved the quiet peaceful setting but just a couple blocks from the charming town. Connie Thought of everything, even OFF MOSQUITO SPRAY plus Citro guard candle to keep mosquitoes away outside, thank you! Fire pit and stargazing was unforgettable. I even watched a shooting star or meteor with a red and blue tail for several seconds! Would love to stay there again. Winter Get Away

Was in town for a curling tournament. Rental was very cozy, clean and had everything I needed. It isn't real big inside. Would have been fun to have a fire outside if I had time. I got by without a shower, but the instructions said accomodations could be made. I would recommend to others.

Perfect little haven

We booked for one night and I accidentally picked the day after I had intended. The Host contacted me and corrected my mistake and was ready to host us. It is a small space but perfect for 2! Please note: the listing says no shower. There is a sink and toilet. Not a problem for us, but some people may not be comfortable with this. We loved exploring the town-shopping, dining and mining sapphires! Would stay here again.

If you love the mountains...

Perfect size for one, cozy and comfortable, nicely decorated, aka not too fussy. Welcome details like coffee and creamer in the fridge, info notebook with everything you need to know about the place, SUPER comfy bed and bedding. Even feet away from the main hoise, it feels very private. Connie was quick to respond to questions. Note: if you have a hard time walking uphill (or in the winter), be aware it is a little steep coming back from town on foot.

I live in Missoula with my family to include our 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter. (We have lots of toys in Pburg, just ask :)). We love the Missoula community, but have fallen equally in love with Philipsburg and Granite County. We purchased this little fixer upper with "good bones" two years ago and have been lovingly restoring it as a getaway for our family. We enjoy recreating, exploring and indulging in good food. We are always happy to offer our thoughts on things to do in the area and welcome your input on how we can make this the best possible spot for people to enjoy.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This little unit was created as an overflow space for our main house (also for rent). However, we have been encouraged to rent it alone as a unique cozy sleep over spot for a night or two. We loved this idea and hope to find people who will enjoy the affordable option. The space is perched up on a hill above town and behind the main house. It has serene views of open space to the east. Porch area just completed where you can sit and drink your coffee. You will have wifi at the cottage for watching movies, streaming music, or doing work, if you must :)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Just three blocks from downtown but still quiet and beautiful mountain scenery. If you like deer watching, this is the place :) Newly added privacy fence (did our best to create privacy, but not block views) and roof over patio to further enjoy outdoor living from your tiny home! This will allow you to enjoy the views regardless of weather. There is a new fire pit area next to cottage.
