Propriété unique au bord de l'eau

Cette maison est nichée dans un terrain boisé de 3 acres directement en face du golfe Safety Harbor. La maison a deux étages. A l'étage, la grande suite parentale dispose de deux balcons privés donnant sur l'eau, ainsi que d'un escalier en colimaçon menant au belvédère. La chambre principale dispose également de sa propre kitchenette et d'un coin salon. Au rez-de-chaussée, le plan ouvert montre la vue panoramique sur la baie. L'élégant thème nautique joue dans toute la maison. La chambre Turtle a 2 lits jumeaux et la chambre Sandpiper a un lit Queen. Ils embrassent une élégante salle de bain Shell qui sert également de bain de piscine. Le Capitaines Quarters comprend une bibliothèque, une salle de bain avec douche, un salon privé Ship Ahoy et une chambre queen avec sa propre entrée privée. La tuile et le bois dans toute la maison donnent une impression de propreté et d'espace. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des casseroles, des plats et des ustensiles. La propriété est à 10 min du tristement célèbre Safety Harbour Spa où séjournent les célébrités qui se produisent dans le Ruth Eckered Hall. Il est également à seulement 15 min de l'aéroport international de Tampa, récemment rénové et agrandi et de la Plaza International. Clearwater Beach (30 min), Honeymoon Island (15 min) et des centaines d'excellents restaurants, boutiques et cinémas. Orlando est à seulement 1 heure et demie pour profiter de toutes leurs attractions.

Huge, well-stocked home on the water!

We had a fantastic stay at this huge home on the water. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house and pool are very large, with room for everyone. There’s even a cozy TV/gaming room in the back of house that’s just perfect for kids or young adults. Bathrooms are all updated and the kitchen is loaded with all kinds of cooking items. We loved the dock! It is so big- much bigger and nicer than the pictures capture. We saw manatees and dolphins daily. The kayaks were so great to use. The pool has all kinds of floats, too. The young adults in the group said this was one of their favorite houses we have ever stayed in due to all the “extras” and having their own space. We all were beyond pleased. And Vivian is the perfect hostess- always available for questions and recommendations! Thanks for a wonderful July 4th vacation!

I couldn't have had a more wonderful family staying at my home. I had to do a double take because they left the house so clean. They also helped greatly by putting the patio furniture that was at the dock safely tucked away so the storm doesn't wash it away. Extremely grateful!

Hidden Gem

First and most important Viv is a SPECTACULAR hostess. She checked in on us while driving down, had a gift basket ready when we arrived, gave us ideas of things to do and was always responsive if we had questions. What a wonderful unique property perfectly situated for a restful family vacation. The house is large and accommodating for a family of 5. The kitchen literally has everything you could need for cooking all your meals. The view from the house and the balconies of the bay is just perfect. It’s quiet but also still close to things. There’s a sidewalk at the end of the driveway that you can take a walk to a lovely park. The pool was cleaned while we were there and remained clean the whole time (it’s a bit chilly in the winter but after being in the sun it feels refreshing). The master bedroom is crazy big and there are 2 walk in closets for use which is awesome. It was truly a blessing to stay here.

Nice property

The town & location were wonderful. House is large and accommodates 6 people but one bathroom was not usable which made 4 people share one bathroom. View is amazing. Pool is clean. Nice property.

Not Quite as Advertised

This property is unique and spacious with a lot of great amenities. However, the owner did NOT disclose the fact that you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet! This is a BIG DEAL in our opinion! We had to "doggie bag" our used toilet paper the entire stay! If we had known this prior to booking, we definitely would NOT have booked this property! The entrance and curb appeal are sorely lacking but the interior is beautiful and spacious with great views of the private dock, large backyard, pool and Tampa Bay. The pool was dirty and the filter and vacuum did not seem to be working properly. The wooden walkway to the dock has several sections of rotted wood and needs replaced. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of a functioning ice maker (another big inconvenience). We were provided with 3 ice cube trays for 6 adults. The upstairs Master Suite is lovely but could benefit from some Blackout Curtains if you want to sleep past sunrise. This could be an incredible rental property if all of these issues were addressed. Currently, the property does not live up to the standards of its surrounding community.

Family Vacation and Anniversary

We had such a great time and the property was perfect. My wife and I had our anniversary on the week we stayed and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the kids had a basket with some snacks and toys from Vivan. This was the most amazing vacation and the property was the best part about it. We seen an alligator and all kinds of wildlife. The kids had plenty of room to run and swim. Such a great location. Thank You for letting us stay in your house for our vacation. We will be sure to come back.

Best Rental Ever!!

This house was amazing. The house itself was beautifully furnished and very well stocked, but I feel the star of the rental was the setting. It was right on the bay, with lots of privacy, a large swimming pool and beautiful landscaping. My sons, 32 & 29, would say the best thing was the fishing. They caught several different species of fish, and we were able to watch dolphins, manatees and string rays swim by. Our contact, Vivian, was extremely attentive and helpful. We could not have had a better experience and are looking forward to returning.

What a great place!

This property was fantastic! Gorgeous lake views, huge gardens, really cool house that has lots of history. Viv was wonderful, so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll be going back!

Hidden Gem

Our 2 months in Safety Harbor were two of the best months we've spent in Florida over the past 20 years. It was a very quiet secluded property with lots of space and character. So many special touches within the house that aren't usually found in rental properties. It was very "homey". The kitchen was fully furnished and functional. The house itself was old but all the necessary things had been updated...such as the bathrooms. Especially the Master Suite - it was a glorious get away within the home! We loved it! We truly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely go back. Vivian was such a pleasure to work with. She not only was a warm and genuine person - she was also very responsive and answered any and all questions we had in a timely manner. The best part was she literally felt like an old friend. It is a very unique property and may not be for everyone but we certainly fell in love with it.

Beautiful spacious open views

The house is spacious and clean. The property is located right on Tampa Bay, with a wide spacious view. The pool is not heated so not so useable on winter. All in all, a great place to stay

Amazing place

Perfect location, great views, ideal for a family gathering.

Ash and Vivian were wonderful hosts. Any problems were dealt with quickly including replacing a broken dishwasher on the same day. The accommodation is extensive and comfortable. The garden is the jewel in the crown, the perfect place to relax and unwind. We were visited by dolphins regularly. The views from both the house and garden are amazing. A wonderful place to share with family.

My husband and I currently live in the Tampa Bay area. We are both well traveled individuals. We love art and music and especially nature. Our four grown children also live in the Bay area and have had a childhood full of boating, swimming and island hopping adventures. We love to host and cook for special events, so we thought why not host guests at this home (in which we lived in) and allow others to have beautiful memories just as we did. We incorporate all the amenities that we enjoy and then some. This has been a wonderful experience for both our guests as well as ourselves. Hope to see you soon.

This property is extremely unique. its on 3 acres, and the backyard to the water is almost an acre in itself! The sunrises are breathtaking and the accessibility to the open water is exciting. We've taken our boat from that dock and went to a restuarant only 15 min away (the Bahamas Breeze) for lunch.
Its also a very private property. Your own dock, your own pool, your own backyard and your own gorgeous home.

We offer homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner as per request.We can also make life a little more stress free by offering, massages, boat rentals and tour guides to local places. All with a minimal fee.
