Brand New to The Seaside Property Shoppe Luxury Rental Portfolio

Set alongside the pristine Gulf waters and just a short walk to Clearwater Beach you and your guests will love this luxurious home in the resort style Brightwater Blue community! Walk the promenade as dolphins swim nearby in the channel. Sit back and relax in the heated saltwater pool and spa or read a good book in one of the many lounge chairs! You will also find several dining tables and gas grills for your use. The pool area also includes a handy area to rinse off after the beach and several bathrooms.

As you enter the home you are greeted by a large indoor/outdoor entertaining area with 16 ft sliding glass doors that pocket back to reveal a beautiful patio nestled alongside the water. On the next level you will find the Great Room with yet another oversized balcony that offers sweeping views of the clearwater beach skyline! The living room has been tastefully appointed and flows into the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary items to cook yourself a lowkey breakfast or have a chef come in to prepare you and all your guests a fabulous meal!

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary Suite-
Located on the 3rd floor, the primary bedroom features a King bed, large ensuite bathroom, a private balcony, spacious walk-in closet, and 48" TV. Kick back on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and enjoy the best views in the house from Sunrise to Sunset!

2nd Bedroom-
Located on the 3rd floor, the 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, daybed (suitable for children), large closet, and 40" TV.

3rd bedroom-
Also located on the 3rd floor, the 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, walk in closet, and 40" TV.

Downstairs Media/Bonus Room-with 70" TV
The Downstairs bonus room converts into a private sleeping area when utilizing the queen size sofa sleeper.

Neighborhood-
Walking distance to almost all Clearwater beach attractions and less than 3 blocks to the sparkling Gulf waters. Walk to Pier 60, marina, restaurants, shopping and all the other attractions!

Cable and Internet are included. Smart Tv's allow for easy streaming service. Other features include Washer and Dryer, 2 car garage, smart security system, and NEST control for AC.

Awesome place to stay with plenty of amenities, clean kitchen with plenty of cookware, gear for beach, gear for fishing and many more for comfort away from home. Very clean, walkable to beach, shops, the pier and etc. only use car if you want to go some where outside of clearwater beach. Over great experience and host is easy to communicate with, highly recommended!!

Perfect location. Close to beach and pier 60 area..within walking distance. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces overlooking the harbor. Saw a dolphin and was able to do some fishing right off the dock. Pool was clear, clean and hardly occupied. Condo had everything we needed.

The house was great. Very clean, pretty, and well stocked. Even had fishing poles and other items to make our stay easier. Property manager was very communicative and helpful as needed. Location was perfect and easily walkable to where we needed to go. Would stay again!

The property is exactly like the pictures. The property is spacious, modern, and conveniently located in Clearwater Beach. The check in and communication process was very smooth. It is a short walk to restaurants, stores, and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals. From pots, pans, dishes, silverware , cooking utensils, and even some seasonings. There is plenty of space on the 2nd level to have family time. Also, we enjoyed having beach towels/equipment available and fishing gear to use on the dock. Be ready to carry your luggage to the third floor where the bedrooms are because there is no elevator. The beds are comfortable, the main bathroom has plenty of room and storage space, with a nice oversized shower.The only issue we had was a sewage smell that came through the second floor bathroom sink. When it was communicated they were quick to address it and deal with it. It was handled well and timely. I will definitely consider renting this unit again when I come back to Clearwater for our annual family trip.
