This beautiful Spanish style home is warm, inviting, full of great vibes, and minutes from the airport, downtown Tampa, Hyde Park village, and Bayshore Blvd. The homes been completely renovated and is equipped with a HEOS indoor/outdoor AV system, an automated salt water pool and spa, and a green egg and gas grill to enjoy and entertain with family or friends.

This home's nearly 100 years old and located in an amazing family friendly neighborhood that's very quiet and peaceful. The home has new hard wood floors and furniture, so we ask that you be kind, respect our awesome neighbors, and appreciate there's no smoking, pets, parties, or loud music after 10pm.

Extremely helpful host, lovely home, great neighborhood. Fantastic landscaping. It was very helpful to have dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, shampoo and conditioner, soap, etc already there. Very relaxing to sit by the pool.

What an amazing property. Well appointed, VERY clean, The pictures don't do it justice. Randy has thought of every extra! The kitchen is the best equipped and stocked from the spices, dishes, cookware, glasses...nothing overlooked. The beds are sooo comfortable with great bedding. and Randy is very personable and reachable. I almost am reluctant to leave this review since we have declared this property "our spot" when in Tampa from now on.

Beautiful Spanish/Hacienda style home with many modern improvements yet maintains the essence of natural wood throughout. Spacious for a couple looking to relax for vacation or a holiday weekend. Absolutely enjoyable!

The house was amazing, the swimming pool and spa were as beautiful and nice as they could be. The host was kind and courteous, communication was always prompt and the check in and out were flawless. Will definitely repeat next time I am in Tampa.

Convenient, close to amenities and great restaurants

The property was very clean and quaint. The house was very comfortable and allowed a visitor the opportunity to relax and enjoy Tampa. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very productive. Proximity to the airport was fantastic.

Wonderful stay!

Once again, we were back at our favorite Tampa spot and we can't recommend it highly enough. We were visiting to attend my niece's graduation from the Univ. of Tampa and so this location was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is beautiful and there are so many great restaurants close by. We love that the owner always provides us w some great dining recommendations too. Much appreciated!!The highlight of the property has to be the terrific pool/hot tub--spacious and the perfect temp. The beautiful palm trees/landscaping surrounding the pool area creates a tropical oasis. His thoughtful design of the back yard -- the tables and umbrellas provides the perfect mix of sun/shade options. What truly sets this rental apart is the owner's exceptional responsiveness. Check in is a breeze and Randy's communication is prompt and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, he responded immediately and resolved everything efficiently. This level of attentiveness made our vacation stress-free. If you're looking for a Tampa getaway with a great location, outstanding amenities, and an owner who truly cares about ensuring guests have a wonderful eperience, look no further. We always wish we could stay longer!

Beautiful House

We were in town for a cheer competition and was a perfect mini vaca. The fridge was stocked with some water, and condiments. There was also paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo and conditioner, and a coffee machine with plenty of KCups to choose from. It was a nice touch as we didn't have to spend additional money on these! The pool was amazing with plenty of pool toys for the kiddos. Washer and dryer worked great as well. Would highly recommend.

Paradise Pool

The pool area is a little slice of paradise. Beautiful and well taken care of. There are even towels and pool toys. The house is clean. The host is kind. The city has lots of great places to explore. St. Pete beach was just over a half hour drive and was absolutely beautiful. Clearwater beach is just a few minutes further. Our favorite dining ambiance was the Oxford Exchange or Oak and Ola. Favorite wood fired pizza was Fabrica Pizza. Favorite ice cream was Jeni’s. Lots to enjoy!

March Stay at San Juan

Our experience at Randy's place was truly exceptional. Nestled in a welcoming neighborhood with excellent walkability, the location couldn't be more convenient, just a short 15-minute drive to almost any destination. The house itself was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities and boasted numerous smart features. What impressed us most was the ability to regulate the pool's temperature to our liking—a rarity in rental properties where the pool heaters are often insufficiently set and inaccessible. This added feature was a game-changer for us. Randy's home exudes luxury with its comprehensive array of modern conveniences, instantly making us feel right at home upon arrival.

Excellent Property

This property fits the description and more. The property owner was fantastic to work with. He followed up with us several times to ask if we needed anything and was very responsive to our questions. Definitely a return stay is needed.

Fantastic location in Tampa

The property was perfect for our weekend stay in Tampa. The neighborhood was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the outdoor enclosed backyard felt tropical and secluded from neighbors. The hot tub and pool were warm and the outdoor seating was comfortable. The kitchen and living room were comfortable for our group and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family mini vacation

This was a last minute mini vacation for our family. We loved the open floor plan and the amazing through breeze from the beautiful ceiling fans. The beds were very comfortable and our daughter enjoyed the pool and spa. The owner / host was super helpful and kind.

The house was perfect!

Perfect tropical house that was situated just right near everything.The house had everything we needed: dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator & also a wine refrigerator. Property and house are very clean and in great shape. You can tell someone put a lot of thought into the flow of the house, including the outside sitting area & pool and hot tub.The kitchen is large and lots of counter space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all sorts of cooking and baking house-wares.The beds were so comfortable and clean. Exceeded expectations. Definitely recommended for a couple looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Lovely hosts and beautiful property. Thank you!

When can we go back??

Wow, this home was so awesome and was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood - we hated to leave and would love to plan a return trip! The home was even nicer than the pictures and had all the amenities you could need. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, showers were great, plenty of soft towels, and a very nice layout in the kitchen/living area which was nice for the family to hang out. Oh and the pool - such a tropical oasis! Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect and there were lots of rafts to use and plenty of seating around the pool. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Randy was an excellent communicator; great instructions before we arrived and we never had a single issue during our stay which was great. Can’t say enough about this awesome property
 Randy, thank you so much for making our home away from home absolutely perfect!
