La maison est rĂ©novĂ©e avec un design Ă©lĂ©gant accueillant les familles, les voyageurs d'affaires ainsi que les vacanciers. Le quartier est sĂ»r et un excellent emplacement pour explorer tout ce que St Louis a Ă  offrir. Il est situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du magnifique parc Carondelet (Ă  quelques minutes de marche), Ă  ​​10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville, de l'arc, du stade Busch et du village de Ball Park. Un court trajet en voiture Ă  un jardin botanique du Missouri, le zoo de St Louis et toutes les expositions Ă  Forest Park. The house is nice overall but could use some better maintenance/housekeeping. The beds were decent but one was very squeaky. The shower head in the basement bathroom was loose and sprayed all over so we couldn't use it. The towels and blankets were still wet from the cleaning people washing them. The owner apologized and said she would address the issues.

Just What We Were Looking For

Andrea's house had everything we needed, from the kitchen supplies to the linens. The beds, dining chairs and couches were comfortable, and even the neighbors were friendly. We all very much appreciated our stay and would love to book again in the future.

Cute and comfortable

We enjoyed the home during our stay in St Lois . It was a comfortable house and very roomy for our family of four . Having two family rooms was a bonus so my husband and I could relax and watch tv upstairs and the teenagers could game downstairs. The beds were comfortable. We plan to book again in the spring/summer time .

Quiet little getaway

Great property!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 5. Enjoyed the arch, the zoo, Magic House, and City Museum. Great place to visit! Definitely check out Ted Drewes Frozen Custard close by! Clean home, plenty of space to spread out, would highly recommend this home!

Time

We decided to take a trip the week of thanksgiving to a new state our kids had not been to. We stayed busy with activities we had planned. The location of the house was convenient to all of our plans. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in this cute house. So close to all the things we wanted to see without being in the middle of the city. The house was clean and well furnished. We even made a few meals there. We had everything we needed. We will be back!

Great House

We had a wonferful time in St Louis on our family vacation. The house was well kept, clean and in a great location. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. All the major St Louis attractions were only about 20 minutes away or less. I would definitely book this place again.

Great location

The home was clean and relaxing. The owner was very nice and responded to me very quickly to answer any questions I had. Not to far away from downtown and surrounding attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only reason I have it a four star was because the front door has three locks and only one was working. The other two are attached to the door trim but the trim was almost broken off, so we had to careful and not touch the other locks. Glad it was a safe neighborhood. Hopefully this will be fixed for the next family or person who stay at this home. whowhothepoffdtr

Clean, accessible, easy

Enjoyed our stay in this cute house with lovely bedding and comfortable mattresses. Communication with the owner was straightforward and helpful at all times. The property was clean and well cared for. We didn't use the kitchen, but we sure did sleep well! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and neighborhood

This house worked so well for our stay to St. Louis with 2 adults and 3 young kids. It was in a great location close to the main attractions we visited and we felt safe walking the neighborhood - there is a shaved ice place a few blocks away. The nearby Carondelet Park was nice as well as the rec center/pool next to the park. Having an upstairs and a downstairs also worked well with the kids, especially having two that still nap in the afternoon. A charming old (but functional) house and we’d definitely stay again on our next visit!

Perfect stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Our boys, 10 and 14, loved having the basement to themselves and we enjoyed the space upstairs. Beds were super comfy and despite the many homes in the neighborhood, it was extremely quiet. We enjoyed seeing the bunnies hopping around outside. We were close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the home to others especially with older children!

Host very accommodating

Property was perfect for ladies trip of four to visit St Louis. Private basement bedroom, sitting area and bathroom, in addition to two bedrooms upstairs. The property had gotten skipped on the cleaning schedule but after speaking to VRBO and host it was quickly resolved while we went to dinner. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
