006 Salty Kisses: 2 600 pieds carrés de bonheur sur les plus beaux sables du front de golfe de Dauphin Island. Cette maison de quatre chambres à coucher, de quatre salles de bains et demie a été achevée en juin 2018. Avec des vues sur le golfe du Mexique depuis chaque chambre à coucher, dont trois suites principales avec dressing, et des lits jumeaux dans la quatrième chambre, cette maison peut accueillir 10 personnes. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces et d'une cheminée à gaz. Le plan d'étage ouvert comprend également une vue sur l'eau à travers les portes-fenêtres du salon menant au pont blindé et couvert du côté du golfe. Coin salon séparé à l'étage avec télévision supplémentaire. Commodités de la maison wifi et câble, lecteur dvd, parking et cage d'escalier couverte sous la maison. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en quartzite, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, four double, tiroir à micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson électrique solide à 5 brûleurs. Le café propose des cafetières Keurig et des machines à café goutte à goutte. Capacité Lg laveuse / sécheuse dans la buanderie. Douche extérieure à énergie solaire. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Frais supplémentaires: Frais de nettoyage, taxe d'hébergement de 11%, frais de réservation non remboursable et exonération des dommages. Réservations du samedi au samedi préférées pendant la haute saison estivale. Rodéo de pêche, location à la semaine uniquement.

The beach is your backyard

Great house with great location and amenities. We had a small problem with pool algae but pool service came within an hour and fixed it all up! Will stay here again for sure. Only improvement would be a propane grill!

Beautiful home, property and location.

Really nice waterfront home on beautiful beach. Few minor annoyances - some cockroaches, annoying alarms on patio doors, no grill. Would stay there again at the right price for sure however.

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. It is important to us that our renters know what to expect when they stay at one of our beautiful gulf-front homes. Sometimes there are water bugs similar to cockroaches that can be unappealing—that happens on the island. All of our houses are on a pest control program, and ACP prides ourself in being highly responsive to tenant needs when they are brought to our attention at the time of discovery. We even have a stock room on site with spare grills and would have been happy to bring you one if requested. The new addition of the stunning gulf-side pool at this home adds an element of luxury for sure, but does come tethered to a legal requirement to alarm the doors that provide access to the pool for safety reasons. Again, we are so glad you found this home to be exemplary and the overall experience to be worthy of five stars. Perfect Set up

We had a wonderful stay! We traveled with 6 adults and 3 small children, the set up of the house was perfect. The upstairs work amazing for the 2 sets of parents and the kids staying in the middle room. The pool was the perfect size and our kids loved it. The beach was great and sand was perfect for playing in. Would stay here again. With having little kids I wish there were plastic plates/bowls of some sort. we brought our own beach toys and such, there were not a lot there which was not a problem, just good to know.

Sand, salt, & serenity

Salty Kisses is a fantastic place for a family to make beach beautiful memories! Clean, spacious, and close to the Gulf (75-100 yards) it lives up to its billing as a great property. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked for cooking, making it easy to simply "be at the beach". The ample outside decks provide great views for dolphin watching and star gazing (added bonus for us on July 4 was the perfect view of the fireworks show!) without feeling cramped. Property management was on point and responsive to any needs. This rental earned every star I could give it!

Our best vacation at beautiful Dauphin Island

The owner and management company did not miss a thing with this rental. It is as described and fully stocked. Huge deck area to enjoy the ocean and pool. We all enjoyed spending our week at Salty Kisses and you will too!

Family vacation

This was our third stay at this property, and it's gotten even better with time. Such a special place that's easy for everyone from young children to older adults to enjoy. We love this house and Dauphin Island.

We had a great stay the Salty Kisses unit in Dauphin Island. The house was very well stocked and even better than advertised. The new pool was a great feature to accompany the beach. Although a couple minor issues came up, the management company was quick to respond and made the experience very easy.

Lovely time in Dauphin Island at this beautiful rental. House is perfect for large families or friend groups, as it has separate bathrooms and for each bedroom and the porch is huge, welcoming and can hold 10+ people at at time comfortably. Close proximity to beach, and directly on the water.

This property is BEAUTIFUL and has so many great amenities! It is right on the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you should need to cook while you're there. It is very spacious and clean. We had a few minor issues that we reported to property management and trust those will be taken care of before the next vacationers check in. This was our first time on Dauphin Island - we usually stay in Gulf Shores - and we loved the change of pace! Very quiet and laid-back. The only thing we had to get used to was how early everything closes and not to miss that last ferry back to the island if you spend some time over in Gulf Shores!! (That 2 1/2 drive around to come back via Mobile and the causeway sucks!)

Escape from Michigan Stay at Home 2020! 15 hours to perfection in Dauphin Island

After Alabama made their reopening announcements at the end of April for business and rentals, we pulled the trigger on getting out of the house in West Michigan and drove through the night on May 4-5 and even checked in early (not normal) at 2pm, one hour early. The home is perfect and our family (me, wife, three daughters aged 16, 14, 11) love it - everyone has their own space and the open floor plan when gathering to eat and at night to chill was excellent. Overall this was our first time to Dauphin Island and we were very impressed and hope to return, and hopefully this home again!

PARADISE!

We stumbled upon the listing while doing a quick search for any beachfront property to save a busted vacation amidst COVID-19. We made a rash decision late one night, booked the house (never even knowing what Dauphin Island was), got in the car the next morning and drove down. WOW! ACP rentals were phenomenal to work with, prompt with their responses to our questions and ensured us that we wouldn't want to leave this house. They were correct! The house feels like its on a private island. Decorated like an elegant dream beach house. I have no idea how they could get it so spotless between guests renting week after week. There was no detail missed! We loved it so much, we extended our stay several days and rebooked to return! We loved that the island isn't commercialized. Amanda with ACP couldn't have been more courteous and professional to work with! 💙

PERFECT PEACE!

I have never been at a house that has such a beautiful and expansive view of the ocean. Waking up every morning and looking at the view from every possible angle was so peaceful. We plan to book a return as soon as possible! Thankful to the owners for being willing to share this beautiful property with us 🙏🏻

First visit to Dauphin Island

Our family likes a beach that's not crowded. The home we've used for the past several years has still not recovered from Hurricane Michael so we had to search for a new one. This home was lovely in every way possible. Great layout and furnishings and close to the beach. The grandkids want to move there!

Just what we needed....

Just what we needed for our family vacation. Home was spacious, clean and beautiful. The children had a blast on the beach and the adults enjoyed down time on the deck, listening to the waves. Ages 5 months to 64 years and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!😊
