As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an open living space featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen with two full sized refrigerators with ice makers in each. There is a large island for seating, a dining room conveniently situated next to the kitchen and a wine bar with a drink refrigerator and a stand alone ice maker. The spacious living room offers a large flat screen TV and direct access to the elevated back porch, where you can bask in the breathtaking Gulf views.

Beach Happy offers five bedrooms to choose from, including three gulf-view bedrooms at the South end of the home. The two East king bedroom suites provide stunning gulf views, closets, bathrooms with walk-in showers and a direct porch access. The West king bedroom suite provides a stunning gulf view, closet, bathroom with a double vanity and tile walk-in shower and direct porch access. The NW king bedroom suite also has dedicated tv, closet and bathroom with walk-in shower. The NE bunk room features two stacked bunk beds, a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair and a common bathroom with a tub/shower coveniently located next to it.

Outside, the covered back porch provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation with several seating options and panoramic Gulf views. The attached side porch boasts a private, heated pool, offering a tranquil retreat with views of the beach and Gulf. Plus a staircase that leads directly down to the beach for easy access to the sandy shores.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
