C'est une belle propriété historique à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville d'Annapolis et du stade Navy-Marine Corps. Avec six chambres (deux lits queen, trois pleins et deux jumeaux) la maison pourrait confortablement dormir jusqu'à 12. Les chambres supplémentaires comprennent une salle de billard, une salle à manger, une grande cuisine, une bibliothÚque et une salle familiale confortable. La grande cour arriÚre et le beau porche enveloppant sont parfaits pour ceux qui recherchent un peu de temps en plein air, ou pour les enfants énergiques!

La commoditĂ© de cette maison ne peut pas ĂȘtre surestimĂ©e: seulement trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons vers le centre-ville sont Fado's Irish Restaurant, Restaurant italien Carpaccio, Mme. Great Location

Overall, a pleasant stay. It was warm since it was late June, early July, and air conditioner had a hard time keeping up at times. Great location to downtown, the water and the Navy yard. Nice to have a large backyard. The home is huge, has many amenities, great for a large family.

Fantastic Family Stay!

Perfect place for a large group and walking distance to downtown Annapolis. We rented for a family wedding and had 11 people. There was enough space where we never felt cramped. Very clean with nice fresh linens. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a large deck with comfortable furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal.

Beautiful Home

This home was awesome. Absolutely no regrets. The host left a detail binder with information on operating procedures for appliances and TVs. All the bedrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with dishes and pan, but all types of supplies for cooking. The yard was manicured and outdoor games were available. Also dodo and indoor games as well. The gracious host also left a welcome basket.

Great for a family wedding!

My cousin was married the weekend after 4th of July. My extended family was coming from different directions to join in the celebration. This property was perfect and didn’t disappoint at all. We had plenty of bed and bathrooms to support the 10 of us and provided plenty of areas, both inside and out, for us to gather and catch up. We also had room for local relatives to stop over and visit before and after the ceremony. We especially appreciated a separate small frig for beverages, the bathroom supplies provided and other small incidentals that we didn’t have to bother bringing. While we didn’t do a great deal of cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils and pots and pans. The hosts raised 6 children in their home so it’s obvious they understand what a large group needs and how to make their home enjoyable for all.

USNA Commissioning Week

We highly recommend this home. It was clean, well appointed, and convenient to DTA and the Academy. The proximity to the stadium and USNA made it easy to walk to commissioining week events and enjoy Annapolis. Beautiful/quiet neighborhood, beautiful historic home, and attentive owners. we'd give it more than 5 stars if we could.

Lots of space

This is ideally located for USNA reunions. Walkable to stadium, downtown Annapolis and academy grounds. Quiet neighborhood and lots of common area space for a large group. Second stay in 5 years and still loved it!

50 year reunion

We had a total of 5 couples (10 people) who were all there for a 50 year reunion at the Academy. The place was close to the Westin and the stadium. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything and more!! THANK YOU!!

Staying here was our best decision ever!

This beautiful, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood was the absolute perfect place for our large family! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals comfortably. Plenty of space to chill individually or as a group. Enormous backyard for relaxing, playing and eating. Swing on the wrap-around porch was my happy place. Hosts were accessible and great communicators throughout the process. Perfect location for access to football stadium and downtown Annapolis without having to fight traffic. Didn't want our time to end and look forward to renting again!

College Reunion in Annapolis

This was the perfect property for our reunion. The house was spotless and so well equipped for dinners at home for a large group. Everything in the house is labeled and/or instructions provided on how to use various appliances. This was so nice. No mysteries. All the beds were very comfortable. The back deck was wonderful for hanging out together. We walked into town several times and it was not too far. There is also an off-road trial nearby to walk and run.

Outstanding Annapolis property for your group!

This beautiful large home was an outstanding rental choice for our USNA 45th reunion. As the guy responsible for booking a house for 7 old cantankerous grads, I was the hero! Awesome kitchen, huge deck and great indoor tables to gather and swap sea stories and tall tales. Easy walking distance to the stadium. Quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back for our 50th and I can’t imagine finding a better home in which to gather. Hope it’ll be available

Denise and Patrick are natives of the Annapolis area. We grew up and went to school here, graduating from the University of Maryland. After 30 years of active duty service in the US Navy, we "retired" back in our hometown! This is our family home and are happy to share it with visitors who would like to come to Annapolis to enjoy our beautiful town.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We fell in love with this house, built in 1898, at first sight. It is perfectly located withing walking distance between the hustle and bustle of downtown Annapolis and the US Naval Academy - without the parking headaches - and the USNA Stadium. We have been able to enjoy the many events offered both downtown (summer concerts, US Boat Shows, etc.) and at the stadium (Navy football, lacrosse, commissioning, etc.) without the hassle of driving. In recent years, many restaurants and shops have been opened along West St., making the walk to downtown that much more enjoyable. One of our favorite things to do, year round, is to go on a mini pub crawl while making our way to the city dock area!
