Venez profiter de cette maison avec piscine au bord de l'eau magnifiquement rénovée au cœur de Bonita Springs. Chaque pièce de cette maison a été rénovée, y compris une toute nouvelle piscine privée chauffée sous une nouvelle véranda avec moustiquaire. Venez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis les plus belles plages de Floride.

4 chambres dont 2 suites parentales avec salles de bain privées. Nouveaux lits king size dans les suites principales et nouveaux lits queen dans les autres. Chaque chambre a son propre ventilateur de plafond et placards intégrés.

La cuisine est toute neuve partout - appareils électroménagers, comptoirs, vaisselle, etc. Vous pouvez également faire griller votre dîner à l'extérieur sur un nouveau barbecue à gaz.

Cette maison est au bord de l'eau et le tout nouveau quai est parfait pour pêcher, bronzer ou lancer un kayak dans l'eau.

Communication with Dana and Jeff was great and check-in was very easy. The house was spotless and comfortable and had all of the amenities we could ask for! Wonderful stay

Clean house with a great layout. Enjoyed the water toys and fishing from the dock. Really nice to have a bridge in the garage as we stayed over Easter. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Love this neighborhood - really friendly neighbors.

Happy Place

This home was a perfect place to stay for month in Bonita. The location was ideal and the quiet neighborhood was welcoming. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and four bedrooms with a pool was great for kids and grandkids. The owner was always available when needed and very kind and thoughtful. A very happy place!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything you needed. Beautifully decorated clean home. Having the dock for fishing and kayaking was a major plus. very close to food stores as well as retail areas. Short distance from the beach. We would definitely consider renting here again.

We had an amazing holiday. The house was superb - spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We have been traveling to Bonita Springs, FL for many years and we wanted to buy a property in this particular neighborhood. It is safe and very close to everything (the beach, restaurants, shops, malls). Our top requirements were to be on the water, have a private swimming pool and we wanted to be very close to the beach. Whenever we're at Our Happy Place, we always watch the sunset from the beach - it is the highlight of the day!! To us, this is one of the best places in the world that we've traveled and/or lived.

When you drive into our neighborhood, you will see beautiful palm trees down the center of the street and beautifully maintained homes. Everyone is very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.
