Newly Renovated Private Pool Home -Minutes to Bonita Beach. Quiet location.

Private detached home with heated pool located in quiet area at the border of North Naples and Bonita Springs just west of highway 41 and only 2 miles to the beach. The house is completely remodeled, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 car garage. The family room is open to the kitchen, dining area, and pool lanai. Screen pool has large deck equipped with lounge chairs and a dining table for 6 people and separate sitting area. There is also a propane burning grill. The pool can be used all year round, with an electric heater for colder days .

The house has a split layout with master bedroom on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house. The master bedroom has split/king size bed, walk in closet and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has double size beds. We also have a crib for baby.
It’s folded in master bedroom closet.
The brand-new kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, marble backsplash and a huge island, and is fully equipped to prepare any meal .There is also a BBQ by the pool area .
Free high speed internet. Guest must use there own logins to access streaming services like NETFIX or HULU.

In the attached garage, you will find a washer and dryer free to use during your stay. We have included an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to enjoy the beach and 4 adult bikes that you can use to explore the area.

The house is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Southwest Regional International Airport. In the area you will find great amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and boat rentals. You will find this home to be warm, beautiful and comfortable.

Maggie is an excellent host. She is very helpful and responds immediately for any questions. The property is in a nice neighborhood and only 5 minutes drive from the beach. The location is close to several restaurants and shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

All you can ask for

Total perfection. You need something? It is there! Incredible! Enjoyed every second. Nice house, nice pool. Good neighborhood. Close to beach (beautiful and no one there!). Close to nice restaurants, grocery stores, best donuts close by (trackside ).Host is extremely responsive and nice. Will certainly come back!

Truly has everything you will need

Great location. Had more than enough beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags, beach towels
..you name it- this home had it! Very clean home. Back patio/pool area was perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach. The owners took the time to put together a three ring binder with local restaurants and questions on any home issues. You can tell the owners care about the families that will be staying at this home.

Spring Break 2025

Perfect location near beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house had everything we needed, including lots of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. The home was well stocked from the kitchen and bathrooms, to even providing laundry detergent. The pool and back patio were private, beautifully landscaped making for a relaxing place to hang out. Great neighborhood to enjoy a morning run/walk. We all enjoyed our stay for spring break, will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation

We’ve been vacationing in Bonita Springs for several years now and this has been the best yet! Our whole family commented several times how much we loved this property. Has everything you could need. Kids took full advantage of the games, toys and bikes. Would love to come back to this property again next year!

Fantastic property!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in over the years! Beautifully decorated, filled with every item you could want (a coffee bar!) and very clean. The pool area is very relaxing. Location is good, a short ride to the beach and not too far to lunch in Naples. If Bonita Springs is your destination, this house is perfect!

I cannot say enough about this property. It is an older home that has been beautifully updated and remodeled. There was not one thing that I needed that was not there, including soap, shampoos, paper products, and anything you might need as far as kitchen appliances or tools. The owners were responsive. The house was immaculate. What more can I say!

Thanksgiving with family

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here for Thanksgiving. My mom and aunt live nearby. The location is perfect for us. The house is fantastic and has everything that we need! Our family now refers to it as “our house” 😂 We hope we can stay here again next year!!

Lovely stay in Bonita

We know this area very well and was not disappointed with this new place to stay. Having previously owned we were delighted to find this house a true home that we would have been proud to call our own home. The owner also provided everything we needed to rock up and enjoy! So organised! Whilst there we had a couple of niggles with the Internet which was no fault of Maggie the owner and she bent over backwards to get if fixed with xfinity. If anything it will give us the confidence to rent again, as they really cared about our holiday!

Family get away

Home away from home


This property is thoughtfully put together so that you have everything you need (and may have forgotten). From ample towels (regular and beach) to bicycles and beach gear. The house is meticulously clean with pleasing decor. The pool area is great fun for the whole family. The owner was readily communicative and addressed any concerns immediately. We are already planning a return trip in the future.
