We had a wonderful visit in Yachats! This house was comfortable, the view of the ocean amazing, and the walkable location was perfect. We enjoyed time in the house watching the waves and birds. We spent time on the deck enjoying the sunny afternoons. We walked on the 804 trail many times to downtown Yachats and to the beach to the north. Tide pools were great and beach access nearby. The house was clean, light and airy and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Seaside Cottage for a week at the end of August. Seaside Cottage was so nice, it was hard to leave. The living/kitchen area was perfect! We spent lots of time on the swivel chairs looking at the crashing waves. On the sunny days, we walked into town, ate at great restaurants, looked in tide pools, and especially enjoyed exploring The Mercantile. There was plenty of room to spread out with our 2 adult children. There were books, games, and a great table to eat at, play games and for puzzles. We will definitely be back!

This was my favorite vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location on the water and the view is unmatched. There were plenty of supplies to cook our meals and they even left wood and smores ingredients for us and we enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard. What a memorable stay. Everything was spotless and the beds were comfortable. With windows open at night, I fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean each night. Priceless.

The location was perfect. Loved being able to sit in the living room and watch the waves roll in. The older children enjoyed looking at the tide pools during low tide.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in this property. Three of us stayed 6 nights and especially loved the view of the crashing waves. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a box of snacks for us. The beds are comfortable though the king one is so high I had to get a stool from the bathroom to make getting in easier. The lighting in the living room seemed dim, especially at night.

Everything about this rental was great. The view was fantastic. The property was clean and as presented. The owners / rental company provided extra touches such as extra toiletries on the event forgotten and guest snacks.
