Great location, comfortable, beautiful home, nicely furnished. Ocean views were fabulous. They could do better on maintenance and cleaning and communication. Otherwise I recommend due to the beautiful area and so many things to see and do.

A beautiful and very clean house by the ocean. Perfect for our family. Loved the layout and views of the ocean. Quiet street with a safe path to the beach and town.

The house was very nice & comfortable. Nice views of the ocean. The kitchen had everything you need. The tide pools in walking distance were not very good. We didn’t see any living creatures in them but tide pools elsewhere within driving distance were good. We enjoyed watching the waves and beautiful sunsets.

This lovely home was spotless and provided for our every need. We were greeted with lights on, soft music and an easy access. The well stocked kitchen provided the tools needed to prepare family meals and included large enclosed recycling bins. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with enough linens and towels for all. This property included a large fenced yard with a nice patio and firepit, perfect for our dog and a nice gathering place for s'more making. The garage has been converted to an amazing game room...ping-pong, darts and foosball! We had an amazing week with kids and grands and loved the location. We are already making plans to return next year!

The house was lovely and very clean. The only thing surprising was that it was not beach front. I thought from all the pictures I would be front row beach access. Was not far down the road but nonetheless.

Everything was very welcoming. We stayed in December and loved the holiday decorations. When we arrived the house was warm, lights were on and the little tree was lit!

This property was very clean, located just a couple of minutes from the main downtown. It was quiet with the sounds of the ocean to lull us to sleep. We had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Would stay here again. We loved Yachats.

Beautiful home and magnificent spot!Awesome sunsets every night! Quite and peaceful area! We enjoyed the short and beautiful trail to Amanda's tribute! The short walk to the beach was excellent! 2nd time visiting Yachats, we love it here!

Great House with a View

House was perfect for our friends getaway. We had 3 couples stay at the house and it was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, beds were comfy and the house cozy. I would for sure stay here again
