Enjoy this peaceful home with room for the whole family. Recently remodeled and newly furnished and central AC added. This home sits across the street from a park, near walking trails and close to shopping and restaurants. Backyard with patio dining and newly installed turf.

This new home is located on the west side of Albuquerque and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants.

Sleeping Configuration:
Master: King Bed
Bedroom2: Queen size bed
Bedroom3: Queen size bed
**Please note, all bedrooms are on 2nd floor - you must climb stairs

Bathrooms: stocked with soap/shampoo/conditioner, qtips, hairdryer, towels
Bathroom 1 - off master bedroom: shower/tub combo

Bathroom 3 - downstairs, half-bath

PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased.

Recording Devices: there is a doorbell camera & there is a camera inside the garage. We use cameras for security purposes and to monitor guest count.

Great location and highly recommended.

I enjoyed the location, amenities and peaceful atmosphere at this house. Excellent communication from the host and had absolutely no issues, and would gladly stay again next time i am in the area!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this very pretty home. There were couple minor issues that were handled promptly. Nice location, very handy to shopping etc. Very nice furnishings & appliances. Would totally recommend this rental & would certainly stay there again.

Very clean, great location

Very good communication. The place was very clean with nice furnishings. The neighborhood is beautiful with parks and quiet neighbors. Anything you could need is 5 minutes away. More was provided than expected.

Very comfortable home in quiet residential area

This home has been newly updated with everything fresh-looking and modern. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the mall, shopping and restaurants on the northside. It definitely fits a need where other hospitality opportunities are lacking. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting our family in northwest Albuquerque.

Weekend Visit To Albuquerque

Our son is stationed at Kirtland AFB and lives off-base near this property. We were very happy when we arrived to find a great home with plenty of space for us to relax! Our son lives in a very small apt so he wouldn't have been able to host us. The home was clean and the manager was easy to communicate with it! Will stay again when we come back to visit!

Modern home w/ thoughtful amenities

The home is conveniently located near a mall, shops, and restaurants in Northwest Albuquerque. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home is very modern not only with its décor, but also with nice amenities such as the adjustable ceiling fans via remote, touch controllable bedside lamps, etc. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their rental home and they even checked in after the first day to make sure everything was okay (it was). Something small that I especially appreciated was the delicates laundry bag in the laundry area; most rental homes don't have that and I always seem to forget mine when traveling. I would say the only area for improvement would be that the box spring in the master bedroom was fairly creaky (only on the left side if facing the bed; the middle and right side were fine). The mattress itself was very comfortable though. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this house to others!

Awesome Place with Issues

Pros: -well appointed -great kitchen (only tiny cutting boards though) -very clean -spacious rooms, comfortable furniture -great neighborhood for families Cons: -Hot master bedroom -Disturbing buzzing sound associated with AC next to master bed, sounds every 10-15 min thru the whole night. -Did not sleep well the whole stay because of above issues -Very low water flow in master bedroom shower, hard to control water temp. As someone whole loves showers, especially after a long day of exploring in 100 degree weather, this was very disappointing. -The unit was a beautiful safe haven, but the comfort issues around showering and sleep were impossible to ignore and would prevent us from returning even though everything else was so great. Other people’s preferences or different times of year might make these non-issues
