We had a lovely week at the lake. The space was perfect for our group- enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and a really nice big common space. This place has everything you need for a pleasant lake getaway- outdoor eating area with a grill, a fire pit, easy lake access, a floating dock. I highly recommend!

Very nice property with a great lakeside view. Property was clean and neat, set up with ample supplies of paper towels, soaps, etc. We had a minor repair/replacement issue that was resolved immediately by the host.Very nice place.

Our multi-generational group throughly enjoyed our stay! We would love to come back and will highly recommend this place. Communication with the host was a breeze and the view was even better than the pictures. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice cottage

We enjoyed our stay. The bungalow needed some cleaning, as there were a few too many spiders and spider webs, but the main cottage was fine. It was a nice place to stay. We would recommend this property for a stay on Keuka Lake.

Incredible property. Right on the water with a spacious upper deck, grass and rock beach area plus a new dock. Lots of open living space in the main house and great sleeping space in both the main house and the bungalow. Kitchen is well stocked for any type of meal prep.

Really enjoyed the property. Great location and view.. Seperate housing was great for privacy if needed. Overall great experience and will consider booking again.

Fantastic long weekend!

Easy check-in, clean house, comfy beds. Host was communicative but not disruptive which we really really appreciated! The property itself was so nice, we’re already planning to return in the summer! Thank you :)

Perfect property; awesome host

This property was perfect for our 7 person group. The beds were comfortable, facilities were clean, and every space from living room, to kitchen, to deck, to lakefront are each their own individual entertaining experience. Beth was a great host. Wish we could Have stayed longer.

Wonderful lakefront property

Wonderful cottage right on top of the lake. You can hear the waves lapping while you sleep! Great location. Lots of afternoon sun. Responsive owner. Super clean cottage! Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

A lovely family vacation week

Our three generation family had a lovely time. The living space was clean, well-maintained, and modern. It was well supplied with paper products as well as linens. The dock was ample and the Swimming area was good sized. The kids loved the floating dock! We will be happy to come back next year.

The house was very clean on the inside and exactly as expected. Air conditioning worked. However, it would be helpful to have small fans for the bedrooms to add a bit more airflow for the hotter months. Perfect for big families. Having the extra bungalow was perfect. Ok for smaller vehicles and up to four. We had three and fit fine. The water pressure in the bungalow was very low. But always had hot water. House water pressure was fine. Lots of kitchen stuff. Would have been helpful to have basic spices available. But no biggie for us. The dishwasher was not working. The pod wouldn’t open. Not sure what to do. The outside, the deck is very nice. A full set of stairs to get to the main house. This isn’t handicap accessible. A bit dirty on the deck and annoying as it followed into the house but broom was available. But would be helpful to have a smaller blower available. Had a few foldable chairs available but most of the plastic chairs were broken unfortunately and very dirty. The boat house was open but very dirty. The dock was beautiful and new. We didn’t have a boat but easy to tie one up for future renters that do. Convenient to Penn Yan and branchport.

The location was great, on the water. The two buildings made it more relaxing, as we could have times when we could all go our own way.

We had a great stay at Beth’s place on keuka lake. The accommodations were clean with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking again next year.

Lovely, spacious cottage with great views of the lake! Very nice property - gradual walk-in lakeshore area, nice dock / deck area with plenty of seating, and firepit to enjoy. Inside nicely decorated and pleasant. Many essentials available for use. Would love to visit again!

Best Location for a Wine & Lake Weekend

There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake. We were able to access the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and enjoyed some of the best wines the area had to offer. The outdoor grill and picnic table were amazing for dinners. And the fire pit by the lake was a gathering spot each night. The boat launch at the state park 2 miles north is really nice and easy to launch your boat. We would absolutely go back again!!

40th Birthday Getaway to the Finger Lakes

The hosts were amazing! Everything was absolutely perfect! There were 10 of us and we all slept comfortably. The weather wasn't perfect but we made the best of it and even kayaked a couple of days. Gorgeous views both day and night. A great house for entertaining, the layout is wonderful and the Bungalow was perfect. Plenty of wineries, breweries and distilleries near by. Even got to enjoy some live music. Each one of us had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for a getaway. Thank you Elizabeth and family for making it so great!
