La maison a une entrée séparée verrouillée. TV avec Netflix. Business Class Wifi. CafetiÚre et café gourmet gratuit, thé et collations. Séchoir à cheveux. Le fer. Tout le monde aime le look. Bien aménagé, trÚs design, mobilier soigné et coloré.

Nous recevons beaucoup de clients Red Rocks. Un accĂšs facile Ă  Red Rocks est Ă  seulement 20 minutes. Posez-moi des questions sur mes secrets de Red Rocks ~!
L'emplacement central est si agréable avec un accÚs facile aux principales autoroutes, I-25, I-70, I-76, 6Úme avenue, proche du centre-ville. 4 miles en environ 12 minutes. Facile ramassage UBER.
L'aéroport est à environ 30 minutes

Votre unité est le rez-de-chaussée de la maison. Veuillez noter qu'il existe un logement locatif séparé de 2 chambres au sous-sol avec un accÚs de stationnement différent et une entrée privée séparée. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue (5 + places sont disponibles). Vous avez un accÚs privé par la porte d'entrée. à deux chambres à coucher, salon, salle à manger, cuisine et une salle de bain complÚte. Il n'y a pas d'espace partagé. C'est beaucoup de détails mais je suis heureux de répondre à vos questions spécifiques. En bout de ligne, nous avons créé un bel espace pour votre plaisir. Une blanchisserie est disponible sur demande pour les clients séjournant 3 jours ou plus.

Great place and location

The house has recently been remodeled so was really nice. Beds were comfortable! John was very helpful with tips on dining and other attractions. There is a separate second unit below you that was rented. We never encountered those renters while we were there. We were gone a good deal of time. We went to Red Rocks to a concert and this property is very close. Overall a very great place to stay in a nice neighborhood

Nice 2 bedroom Bungalow. Other inhabitants share bullring. Access was great. Nice neighborhood.

Wish I had brought my own coffee. Coffee maker works but turns itself off before it completes the pot. Clean. Nicely furnished.

Friends Getaway for Red Rocks Concert

Had a wonderful time in this cute house with so much character. Was very clean, comfortable beds and owner left wonderful food and attraction ideas plus tons of information about the house. Great location to get to Red Rocks. Took about 20 minutes.

Great House, Great Host

We stayed a week to attend two concerts at Red Rocks and do some sightseeing in and around Denver. This property was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities you need and a great location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Friends get away

We came into town for a NiN concert at red rocks. John’s place was the perfect place to stay to easily get around town and explore the state a bit. The outdoor and entertaining spaces made it a perfect place for our small group to meet up to coordinate rides to events we planned and who can beat an outdoor bar on a beautiful summer evening.

Red Rocks - Bucket List Trip

Great experience at this property. The place was perfect for me and my friend as we came to Denver for two concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Our host was very responsive to any questions both before and during our stay. His Locals Tips and Red Rocks Secrets documents were tremendously helpful and really enhanced our overall experience. Perfect!

This property is great! The yard was nice to hang out in and the deck is wonderful. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend of cooking together and enjoying music, movies, and games. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Nice property – great owner communication

Very nice stay while visiting a relative who lives in the area. The property is very much as shown in the pictures, although one of our available bedrooms was different than what's shown (still with equivalent size and features). Owner was very responsive to questions and informed about restaurants, attractions, etc.

Beautiful home and great location

We enjoyed our time in Lakewood. Very close to Sloan Lake Park and in the middle of where we wanted to be! Very nice kitchen and large kitchen table for nice meals and games. John was very committed to creating a great environment for us and was eas available for questions and communicated well.

Perfect location and great host!

This house is perfectly located between activities in Denver and Red Rocks or Loveland Ski area. The house was very well stocked and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the house was great. Plenty of games for the family in a quiet neighborhood. The host, John had communication and was very accommodating. I would recommend this house to family and friends!

Classy house right outside downtown Denver

John has taken pains to set this house up for success. Every detail has been thought of. The living space is very special and the decor and kitchen are very high end. The only reason we cannot rate it as 5 stars is because the bottom half of the house is rented separately and the noise from the other renters can be noticeable. John is very responsive to this intrusion., but it does exist.

Great Lakewood rental

Perfect spot for access to a Red Rocks concert .The house was so close to the venue and the host provided great input about the best way to enjoy Red Rocks. The house was immaculate and we could not have asked for a more attentive host .His recommendations for dining and other activities was spot on! Highly recommend!

Best Host & Beautiful Property

John was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. He is so passionate about his property and about ensuring that his guests have not only a comfortable experience, but an extra special experience. My husband and I got married this past weekend and I used this property as a place for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready. When John found out, he added several special touches to help us celebrate. His accommodations and enthusiasm were so nice! The property itself is also very special. We loved the backyard, the very tall ceilings, the gorgeous decor, the fancy coffee and the comfy beds. Thank you so much John!

Spacious and chill

Awesome place to stay. Had a great time and no complaints. Its beautiful and has a nice big backyard and deck. The kitchen is great and the bedrooms were fantastic. Spent a lot of time out back watching the wildlife and having great conversations. If you're looking at this property my suggestion is to pull the trigger:)
