Cette grande location Gulf Shores offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe du Mexique. Cette location de vacances de deux chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains Southern Sands est à seulement 1/4 mile de l'autoroute 59, et est à distance de marche de toutes les principales activités de Gulf Shores. Il vient d'être remodelé et vient d'être ouvert aux locataires !!! Ce condo a une très faible densité avec seulement 18 unités. Il est joliment décoré et comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes. Il y a un grand salon avec télévision par câble et un magnétoscope. La détente est facile dans le salon avec son balcon privé donnant sur le golfe et la piscine. J'ai vraiment besoin de venir vous amuser ici. Nous n'avons qu'une seule règle: Détendez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez

Thanks so much Karen for your compliments on the condition of the condo. We always keep it it clean and fresh for our guests. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job for us. The view is another great part of this condo giving you all a great view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. We have a smaller overall complex with just 18 condo units making it easy to get in and out of. We have an elevator that opens very close to the door of the condo. Thanks again for the great review!!!!

Absolutely beautiful space. Clean and well stocked of necessities and extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry is not in the unit, it is coined across the hallway- so that is one thing to know. But otherwise a great view of the ocean and so close to all the restaurants and stores!! We would stay here again!

Good location

There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get much sleep on our trip, because both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable. However, over all we enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING

The listing doesn’t even do this Condo, location justice! Clean, very family friendly, the location was perfect, the pool was clean and very kid friendly, from the pool to walking straight on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location so close to the beach. A walkway to the beach would be a little beneficial but you make it work! Check in and contacting the owners was all convenient!

Very nice

We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was clean and well-appointed. My only disappointment was that the laundry was not in the unit but was a separate location (although close) and you had to pay for use of the washers and dryers. That was not clear in the listing. Other than that, we would book again!

Great property and location!

The property was just as advertised! The location was close to stores and places to eat. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning, and in the evenings, and hear the waves crashing. It was a short walk down to the sand and the section in front of the building was not nearly as crowded as other locations. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Gulf Shores!

Weekend away

We are from Kentucky and had no idea anything about the area and started looking and saw these condos and right away all agreed we would stay! We where very pleased about our whole experience! I had to contact the property owner about Wi-Fi and he connected me right back, which was absolutely amazing! Will stay here again

Enjoyed our stay

Our family had a nice time staying at the condo, thanks for accomodating our last minute request for rental. The condo was spacious and in great condition, stocked kitchen and nicely decorated- actually it was nicer than the pictures show. We liked that it was a smaller condo complex with ample parking and quick access to Hwy 59. We thought this condo was an incredible value!
