It is so good to have you looking at us right now. Thank you for taking some time out of your day to check out our condo in Gulf Shores. After you look at about 50 properties and they all start to run into each other it is good to stop a moment and imagine staying at the place you are looking at. We hope you will look at Tropic Isles unit 804 and just know this is where you want to make your next vacation or quick getaway.

Have you spent a moment picturing yourself sitting on a balcony and staring at the ocean and beach right in front of you? Straight on. Gulf front. Nothing in the way. Our condo is on the 8th floor which is the top floor here at Tropic Isles. Because the ocean and beach seem so huge it just doesn’t feel all that high up. You will love it out here. Oh, the pool is heated in the cooler and colder months!

We have been working in Gulf Shores with condos of our own and for friends since 2007. We are starting here at this condo in March 2026 and the new owners, Paula & Mike Bayack, are refreshing the condo and putting their touch on it. A lot of new things going into the condo giving it a new vibe. It is a huge pleasure to work with good people and ones that love the beach and concentrate on making our guests always the #1 priority. We could not do this work without great guests and could not succeed without making every guest feel that this was a special trip to a special place.

Where are we? Tropic Isles is located at a terrific location. If you are not familiar with Gulf Shores the hub area of the beach is at The Hangout which is at the end of Hwy 59. This is our public beach area. We are at 433 West Beach Blvd which is all of ¼ mile from The Hangout. That means you are near a lot of things. You get to walk to places to eat or places to shop. Or walk to just enjoy a walk. Since Tropic Isles is right on the beach you are steps away from being on the beach and having one of those memorable beach walks either east or west.

Why come to Gulf Shores? For one thing it has been the kind of place that people return to over and over again. Families have been raised going on vacations year after year. There is something about being at this place with the prettiest beaches. Super white sand. Big beach. Pretty water. But the city of Gulf Shores never feels huge. It is a mixture of new and old. You see places that have been here for years and you see places being built today. There is no lack of things to do. Whether you are a “on the go” person or a “get here fast and take it slow” person you are covered either way.

1 Parking Pass is included in your cleaning fee * Pass will be in condo when you arrive.

If a 2nd pass is needed it can be handled a couple of ways. If you let me know well in advance I can leave a 2nd pass in the condo. The cost of the 2nd pass is $30 and you can pay me direct. We can discuss which is the best way to pay.

If you are here and arrived with 2 vehicles and had not notified me you will need to go to Gulf Shores Rentals at 1325 Gulf Shores Parkway (Hwy 59) (By Walgreens on Hwy 59) to purchase the 2nd pass. They are $30 for Tropic Isles and good for the entire stay

About 10 days before arrival I will email you your digital guide that will have all your instructions along with many general interest items for your stay.

I have the privilege of managing this condo for really super owners, Paula and Mike Bayack of Kansas. They live part of the year here in Gulf Shores and love every second they are here. Great owners and strong believers!
