Construction récente, 5 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains, 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage surveillée.

1er étage: 1 chambre avec lits superposés et un futon. 1 chambre avec lit queen. 1 salle de bain complète.

2e étage: salle de séjour, grande cuisine personnalisée, salle familiale, terrasse, demi-bain, buanderie.

Conor’s group seemed to have a good time. They were low maintenance and respectful aside from leaving a bunch of extra stuff - but could be useful for other guests in the future!

Brigantine Beach Stay

The house was quite clean and comfortable. It's up to date and had all the amenities required to make us comfortable. The host answered all our questions! We had two small children and there were all the things we needed, stair gates, books, beach equipment etc. We would definite rent again. Check in and out was a breeze.

Enjoyable Stay Overall

Love the open space! Plenty of room for 11 adults and 4 babies. Having access to all the beach gear and kids toys in the garage was a huge plus! And the location was perfect—easy walk to the beach! There were some cleanliness/tidiness concerns, though (carpet/toys/floors and very worn-out furniture). Overall, we had a fun time with friends at the house!

Wonderful for multiple families and big groups

Just a couple of blocks to the beach, the house is great for large groups and multiple families vacationing together. Owner is extremely nice and really wants you to love your stay and Brigantine. Was there for our sons wedding and owners allowed me to host the rehearsal dinner there, which was fabulous as we could easily fit 25 on the main floor. House was clean and well stocked. All concerns and questions were quickly answered by the owner!

Great place for a family

Stayed for 4 days with 4 adults and children. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms which was really nice. Some rooms weren’t even used that’s how large of a home it was for us. Our daughter loved that she had a choice of bunk beds. The layout of the house takes a bit of getting used to but not a big deal. It’s very spacious and the 2 decks are an added bonus. The beach is quite a walk (especially with kids) so if you stay make sure to plan for that. The bay, which is awesome fir kids, was a quick drive away. Neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. House was close walk to Acme and Wawa which we frequented. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would rent this property again for sure.

Friends Weekend - Nice House, Good Location

Location of the property is great. Walkable to everything in Brigantine from beach to shops to restaurants, and easy trips into Atlantic City. House itself had a nice layout and plenty of room. Some wear can be seen in the house, but it certainly didn't detract from our good time.

Good location, more of a party house than family house

Location was great - only two blocks from the beach. The house is also a very quick drive to AC and there is plenty of parking outside. The pictures on the listing are a bit deceiving. While the house can definitely fit a large group, it is very weathered. When we arrived, we had to spend about an hour cleaning ourselves. There was dirt and sand everywhere (clearly had not been vacuumed prior), the comforters were all dirty and the fridge was full of old, sticky, condiments. Many of the kitchen drawers were dirty and cabinets (full of crumbs, old potato chip bags) which we also cleaned to the best of our ability. A few of the railings on the staircase were loose, but could be easily fixed. We did let the owners know of all of this, plus a toilet not flushing, but they only acknowledged that they can come help with the toilet if we needed. I think this home would be great if kept a bit more tidy, or reserved only for bachelor party-type situations. Great location and footprint, but the cleanliness was definitely lacking.

Perfect home for a getaway

If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Brigantine, here’s the perfect place. The layout of the house is nice with the common area on the second floor. The decor and special touches make it feel like your own home. It’s spacious and roomy and the balconies were a great spot to enjoy fresh air. Plenty of parking and it’s a short walk to the beach. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Joanna, Cait and Andre were so easy to reach and talk to whenever we needed them. I would definitely book again!

Joanna & Andre married in 2017 and bought this lovely property with one of their best friends, Cait. They reside in Philadelphia and enjoy traveling, time with their families, and attending the occasional beer fest :)

It's big enough for two families to enjoy eachother's company without being on top of one another. Huge, with five bedrooms, 7 TV's, 2 decks and a chef's kitchen! The house is only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from grocery, pharmacy, mini-golf, skate park, basketball courts, bars and restaraunts. No-brainer! Pro-tip: Take a short drive to The Cove inlet beach and take a swim in the bay under an amazing sunset or have a happy hour drink during the season at Laguna Rum bar (about a mile North on the island).

Enjoy a beautiful, family oriented and fun island! Relax with the kids on the beach, with Aunt B's ice cream shop, water sports, the arcade, mini-golf, skate park, etc. Go out for happy hour on the beach at Laguna Rum bar, grab some beach hoagies at Aversa's! Heck, feeling boozy? St. George's Pub is a block away and open 24 hours.

And if you want a crazy night in AC or a shopping extravaganza, we're only ten minutes from that!You've got the best of both worlds!
