L'appartement est à moins de 100 mÚtres de l'une des plus belles plages semi-privées de cette région, et aussi du meilleur restaurant de l'ßle, Mama's Fish House.
Ce n'est pas face à l'océan mais a une petite vue sur l'océan.
Le bùtiment Kuau Plaza est de style rétro, construit dans les années 70, l'appartement a été entiÚrement rénové et est trÚs propre et confortable.
Idéal pour les couples. TrÚs romantique . Grands couchers de soleil.
Lit queen, draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, tous les appareils de cuisine. Chaises de plage et équipement de plongée fournis. Buanderie sur la propriété. Pas de service de ménage quotidien inclus.
Important: Taxe d'accise gĂ©nĂ©rale de l'État d'HawaĂŻ 4. 167% et taxe d'hĂ©bergement temporaire 10,25% ne sont pas incluses. Awesome condo,with scuba gear, lounge chairs and ice chest. Great living area, kitchen, bathroom, shower and bed. Access to washer and dryer and garbage dumpster. Location was next to Mama's Fish House and North Beach.Quite, peaceful and great view off the balcony. Wonderful place, fantastic stay.

This very affordable unit was perfect for our stay in the Pa’ia area! Clean, short drive to town, short walk to the secluded beach at the back of Mama’s Fish House. One note: while the bed was very comfortable, it seemed to be the size of a double, rather than a queen?

Loved our stay in Paia here! Great location, minutes away from Paia town and a few min walk to a secluded beach. The home is right before road to Hana and it was the best feeling to be able to unwind after that long day of driving :) we also made trips to other parts of the island, including Haleakala, Kihei, Lahaina etc in about an hours time.Host was great and flexible with check in which we greatly appreciated. Instructions and communication were easy. Would recommend staying here when you’re on Maui!

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very clean, cute and comfortable. Walk to the beach (ask the owners to how to get there - it took us a few walks along a sketchy highway before we figured out the safe way). Apartment supplies beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chair and coolers. Expect to drive to restaurants and other sites. Would be even better with sharpened knives and some wash cloths available. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Beautifully decorated condo. Great location to the quaint town of Paia. One mile from the iconic Ho'okipa Beach Park, which was amazing- Turtles, surfing and relaxation !

Nice location north of Paia, so visited Haiku for nice Baked on Maui breakfast, original Da Kine location, and back route up Haleakala.

Pros: Easy to find; well maintained; good amenities; responsive and thoughtful owner; assigned parking; beach extras included, i.e. chairs, cooler, snorkel gear; good kitchen and supplies; close to Paia and baby beach; walking distance to Mama's Fishhouse and Baldwin beach; Cons: Sleeping hour traffic noise is significant (starts to increase at ~4am); Drive entry/exit can be hazardous as it's right on a fast traffic blind turn; limited hot water supply, i.e. shower (we're pretty fast so not a problem for us); Bed is small and soft (opinion); Bathroom is small but manageable for two; visitor parking availability was zero for the week; nearby Baldwin beach is nearly unusable, i.e. no facilities, extremely small and smaller with turtles onsite; Mama's Fish House - 6 months out on dinner reservations!; Summary: We found ourselves driving west to Lahaina/Kaanapali. This place maybe an excellent location for a single/couple seeking to be in this area of the island. Bring your earplugs for sleeping, the constant cacophony of traffic tappers off to a trickle toward 1am and kicks into gear at 4am. J-brakes, performance and failing exhausts are the main orchestra members in this ensemble.

This was a very awesome place to stay and quiet, we will definitely come back again.

The price is right and most of all MAMA’S FISH HOUSE is right there for us to go have dinner.

Spring stay in Paia

Overall this was a great addition to our trip of Maui. All in all everything was great. Downsides of this place to me were: the price, located along a busy road, and no elevator. The prior condo that we stayed at had an elevator which was much nicer with our luggage.

Great Maui Stay!

Aloha! We loved our stay! Don’t judge the building by it’s first glance. The unit is clean and well put together! The AC unit in the bedroom was amazing and cooled the room down so quickly! You can see the sunrise from the front balcony and the back balcony has a beautiful beachy view. This is steps away from the beach and the famous Mama’s Fish House, minutes away from the shops of Paia, and right on The Road to Hana!

Unit was updated and large. A/c was a floor unit in bedroom. Could not sleep in bedroom as a/c was VERY loud; if we turned it off the traffic out the window was VERY loud. We ended up moving the mattress to the living room and sleeping there as it was quiet, but no a/c so very hot even with windows open and fan on. Toilet runs every 15 minutes so that also kept us up when trying to sleep in the bedroom. Not what we were expecting based on the reviews and nightly rate. Will not be back.

Great place to stay if you want to go on the Road to Hana. The apartment was beautifully redone. There are some fun shops and restaurants close by. The beach pictured is further away than we expected. About a mile and half away.

Nice condo with access to north maui

Property is convenient for heading to the north side of the island. Close to fun Northside beaches. Only master bedroom has a/c. Furniture is not super comfortable but this is not why folks go to hawaii. 3rd floor and no elevator makes luggage a bit challenging. Short walk to the beach

Fabulous condo for two in Paia

Arturo and Victoria offer a handsomely renovated, one-bedroom unit with a balcony and well-equipped kitchen on the third floor of a small condo complex. They provide beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and beach towels. They were promptly responsive to our questions. The condo is about a mile outside of Paia and a stone's throw from Mama's Fish House (where you don't need a reservation if you arrive at 5p.) This is a perfect location for visiting the entire island--close to the Haleakala Crater and sits on the Road to Hana. This last bit is the only drawback, as traffic noise from the road never lets up. Not a good choice if you are a light sleeper. Using the AC unit in the bedroom or ear plugs may block out some of the noise. We used Paia as the jumping off point to see the entire island, and to visit various beaches, waterfalls, blowholes, and natural pools around Maui--any of which can be reached within a half hour to two hours drive. Five stars!

Located on the Hana Highway, you will cut at least 2 hours off your travel time going to Hana or Haleakala crater. Even though you feel you are in the country, you are only 2 min. from Paia town and 15 min. from the airport.
Paia is the best town on Maui!
