LA RETRAITE DU MARATHON ANGLER à Marathon est une toute nouvelle propriété avec tout le confort moderne et un décor côtier chaleureux! Situé sur un canal (à seulement 15-20 minutes des eaux libres), il dispose de son propre quai privé (pouvant accueillir un bateau de 45 pieds sur un quai de 30 pieds), d'une station de nettoyage du poisson, d'un bain à remous et de deux kayaks simples! Leur est une plage de quartier juste en bas de la rue et l'épicerie est à peine une minute! Situé au coeur de Marathon, MM50, d'excellents restaurants et activités sont à 5-10 minutes en voiture!

La chambre principale est située à l'étage et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une salle de bains privative avec douche à l'italienne et toilettes. A l'étage, deux chambres d'invités partagent une salle de bain. L'un est un roi avec une télévision à écran plat et l'autre a des lits superposés avec un lit gigogne (twin / full / twin), une télévision à écran plat et une XBOX 360 avec des jeux! La chambre en bas a un lit King, une télévision à écran plat et sa propre salle de bains. Vous profiterez d'une belle vue sur le canal depuis le balcon du deuxième étage et les couleurs des levers et couchers de soleil!

En plus du bain à remous et des kayaks, Marathon Angler 's Retreat propose de nombreuses serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, des jouets de plage et des jeux de société (plus une télévision dans chaque chambre et salon, XBOX360 et jeux)! Profitez de grillades (à la fois au charbon de bois et au gaz) sur la terrasse couverte en bas! Il y a aussi beaucoup de places de stationnement pour votre remorque à bateau et vos voitures (parking couvert pour deux personnes et aire de stationnement sur le côté de la villa pouvant accueillir des voitures et des remorques supplémentaires)!

Les villas acceptent les animaux de compagnie (approbation de la race, 2 chiens) avec un dépôt de garantie (en plus de l'assurance de dommages requise souscrite au moment de la réservation.

Perfect Spot!

Marathon’s Angler Retreat was the perfect spot for our family. The location was so convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. Although, it is a little ride out to the ocean, the ride is beautiful. We loved the ease of docking the boat and the pool area is a secluded retreat! We look forward to our next stay! Meredith was so responsive and accommodating!

The host was very attentive. I was able to text with any questions at anytime. The house was well equipped and met all of our needs.

Charming private pool area

The host was readily available for the few questions we did have. The house was nice and had more than enough room for the four of us. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was adequate for our needs. Chris, the maintenance guy, was outstanding. The kitchen and equipment was so so, the right front burner burned everything we put on it. Our biggest complaint by far, was the state of the kayaks, and the lack of adult life jackets. The back seat of the two person kayak was broken, and the condition of the ropes on a couple of the kayaks was poor.

Great getaway

The pool was perfect for my boys! It is huge, not the small soaking pools most local places have. The vegetation makes it feel private. We enjoyed the daily visits from the lizards and crabs and the kids had fun fishing from the dock.

Amazing stay

Location is super convenient to stores and beaches, house was clean, along with the pool and hot tub. House stocked with things we would need throughout the week (pool toys and floats, towels, extra blankets, spices for cooking etc..) Overall amazing stay!

Great Place to Stay

Our stay in Marathon was great! Meredith was very easy to communicate with and the house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend to have the pool heated! It was perfect temperature for our kids - especially with the temperatures being cooler the days we were there.

Great place to stay in Marathon!

Amazing property- close to the beach, groceries and community park! The kitchen was well equipped, the pool area was a great place to hang out, and house was spacious and comfortable. We had a great time.

Great getaway home

We did enjoy the house, the pool and hot tub! The bedrooms on the street side are a little noisy with garbage pick up at 4:30 am and louder traffic. House location is perfect for the beach and groceries.

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved here full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!
