We were disappointed with how the unit was described. On the first floor, you have a little view of the beach, but there are sand dunes in front that hinder the full view. The air conditioning does not work. We never got it below 77 degrees. The refrigerator leaked the whole time from the ice maker. Had to put a towel down to keep it from accumulating on the floor. Bathrooms needed updated badly. The lanai is not maintained. The furniture was dirty and rusty. We could hardly get the sliding door open because it is not being maintained. We washed the rug in front of the sliding door because it was so dirty. There were two dead roaches on the bathroom floor when we checked in. The unit was not very clean, at least not up to standards we expected, when we checked in. We were required to leave on Thursday morning because of the hurricane, missing two days of the vacation we paid for. I would like to know who to get in touch with to request a return of two days paid vacation.Thank you.

We raced sailboats at Fort Walton Yacht Club nearby so this was a great place to stay.

Great getaway on the beach

We had a variety of ages, from 7-70, and we had an amazing stay on the beach. The condo is set up to hold multiple families and provides quick access to pools and the beach. Great place and I highly recommend.

Cousins week

9 cousins from 6 states met up in Florida and thoroughly enjoyed this condo on the beach. Great access to the gulf, excellent food, and shopping. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Vacation

We were a party of two grandparents with 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 3 thru 18. Everything was great! Our condo (109) was beautiful, convenient and comfortable!! Would definitely stay here again!

Memories made

We had a wonderful stay and made plenty of memories with our kids! The layout of the condo was perfect and the quick walk to the beach ideal. Very nice pool as well! We had a great time together and are already planning our return. Thank you!

Comfortable stay

Condo comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of sleeping room. Only downfall was being on first floor with only a view of the sand dune. Can’t see the beach and barely The ocean from the balcony but convenient for A short stairwell walk instead of waiting for elevators. Overall great stay!

Beautiful condo. Great location. Only negative was the thc smoking on the balcony above us and on the beach. We didnt sit close but the wind blew it everywhere. Couldn't stand to sit on the deck other than this it was a great vacation.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very updated and clean. The bed in the bedroom with a bed and a bunk bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great condo. Beach is not overcrowded. I saw an employee cleaning doorknobs and buttons in elevators. Glad to see this because of covid.
