Ce fabuleux condo au 2e étage, a une vue au 3e étage! Directement surplombant le magnifique océan bleu émeraude et les plages de sable blanc de sucre de l'ßle d'Okaloosa. Il y a deux piscines en bord de plage, des courts de tennis, un espace barbecue et une salle d'entraßnement. L'unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est présentée avec des meubles et une literie richement colorés. Incluant également Internet sans fil gratuit pour utiliser votre ordinateur tout en vous relaxant sur le balcon surdimensionné en regardant les dauphins nager. Pas besoin d'apporter des chaises pour la plage car le service de plage est inclus dans votre location.


Cette unitĂ© est juste une courte promenade le long de la plage de la jetĂ©e et de la promenade de pĂȘche de l'Ăźle d'Okaloosa avec une grande variĂ©tĂ© de restaurants en plein air, une cuisine raffinĂ©e et de la musique. Destin et centres commerciaux sont Ă  quelques minutes en voiture, ainsi que des parcs aquatiques, des films et un mini-golf.

The condo was very pretty and spacious & the beaches and beach access were amazing and very convenient ! The view from our balcony every morning was breathtakingly beautiful. It was super simple to check in/out and the host was so so sweet the few times I had to contact her and very prompt and always helpful!

Excellent Condo right on the beach!

The condo was clean and met all of our needs and was close to everything we planned to do during out stay! We're already planning on scheduling a time to come back and stay at Gulf Dunes w/ Sugar Sands Property Mgmt. (make sure to book directly and save. we forgot this time, but next time we will!)

Spacious, clean with beautiful views

We had a wonderful time here. 3 adults and one child. There was plenty of space. We could have comfortablly fit more. Everything was clean. We spent a lot of time in the balcony enjoying stunning sunsets and listening to the ocean. We would definitely return.

Beautiful Condo!

204 Gulf Dunes was the perfect condo for our annual Ladies Beach Trip. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated, and has clearly been recently updated with new appliances and fresh paint. The view from the large balcony is spectacular, and there is plenty of seating for all, both outside and in the living room. The sofas were very comfortable, as were the beds. We enjoyed the location, and even walked along the beach only a half mile to local eateries at the pier. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Great Condo

The condo was perfect! Great layout, clean and close to the beach...just a few minutes walk. The only thing we would suggest is adding a deadbolt place high on the front door, since the door is so close to the bunkroom where we had children sleeping. Just an added peace of mind!

Girls Trip

This property was fantastic for a group of 5 friends celebrating a retirement. This location was within walking distance of the Pier and several restaurants. The lobby area and grounds were very well maintained, and the beach service was very helpful when inquiring about additional setups. The view from the balcony was amazing. I would definitely book this condo again.
