The space

This traditional home in Shinnecock Hills is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is ideally located close to bay beaches and a 10 minutes drive to Southampton Village.
The open floor plan of the living room with fireplace, dinning room and eat in kitchen are perched over a park like setting of one acre of land. The large stone fireplace is the centerpiece of a well proportioned living room with vaulted cedar ceilings.
Get into it!! It is style to make you feel like you're at your own home but also on vacation. Everything was specifically picked by our host to show you her style and share all the experience.

This home can sleep up to 8 guest! Recommended 6 to be more comfortable!
Only have technical 2 bedroom on paper but in reality it's actually can be three bedroom. Far distance from other neighbors! Tucked away from the constant road noise on private dead end neighborhood street.
1. The master suit is upstairs with walk through closet into the master bathroom. (Blue and pink bathroom with jacuzzi bubbles tub)
This bedroom has a king size bed that's keeps two people.
2. Is the "kids" room but also teenagers or young adult and even adult can sleep there!
This room is located In The second floor! Has bunk bed with a twin size mattress on top and a full/Queen since Mattress on the bottom. This room also has pull out Queen size sofa bed.
So this room can technically sleep 4 people.
This is our favorite room on the house. As it has two windows face it a different way so you get two different view and it's all trees and the sky. The light that come in that room is so beautiful!

3rd is the den downstairs by the entry way! It is our movie room.
We are not a tv in the formal living area kind of family so we made a tv room. This room has a 55" in tv with a beautiful La shape sofa that you can enjoy movie nights with the family. Also at night can be a guest bedroom as it has a Queen size sofa bed pull out. This tv room can sleep two people comfortably.
Shared showed bathroom: shower is a bit tight. Not meant for two people to shower. Recently updated.
Every piece of furniture is brand new and actually a lot of the stuff you will enjoy is one of a kind and or made or order! (Which is why furnitures are taking long to arrived)
Kitchen: Renovated kitchen
With brand new appliances! Farmhouse sink, ice and water making fridge, dishwasher, and stove and oven. Also brand new quarts tops (white kitchen with blue floors)
Washer and dryer is in the basement available for all guest to use for free. We only ask you to buy your own laundry detergent.
This house is surrounded by lots of trees.
Book in the Winter to have a wonderful winter wonderland dream with the family on Christmas. Using the imagination with the kids with the view from the back patio of the Trains as Santa goes by on the train. Or simply enjoy hot chocolate s'mores in front of the fireplace next to the Christmas tree and decorations this winter and New Years! with this amazing open layout, it's Great for entertainment guest or the kids!
Our toddler loves it when the train is coming by.
Very nice home for the summer as you are near many beaches and just fee mins drive town to experience The Hamptons lifestyle.
This home is great, it's located in Southampton technology bit its a short drive on the other the other sore of the river which is Hampton Bays so you may enjoy both worlds! Both side of the island have so much to offer in the summer!
Gas Grill is provided on the deck. *we do not provide the propane for the grilling. We brought the tank which is $90
and all guests have to get their own refill which is only $20
as you we provide the tank. Refill in Hampton bay.
With lots of backyard space, in the summer will be a blast for the kids to play. Even in the large garden in the back to pick out fresh vegetables.
Not far from the beach, have a beach day Who needs a pool when there's a beautiful beach near by? Come home to this.
