Vous allez adorer le mobilier en bois rustique qui est tout neuf. La maison est décorée avec une touche sud-ouest. Télévision par cùble et HBO dans chaque chambre et le salon. Internet wifi rapide (100 Mo). est approvisionné avec une cafetiÚre, un mixeur, un grille-pain, une bouilloire électrique et des appareils modernes. Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. Belles salles de bains spacieuses. Un Pack 'n Play est disponible. Comfortable Carlsbad Stay

We came for two nights to see the Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The owners were very communicative and checked in with us to make sure things were going well. The house has a great living space for hanging out and the beds were very soft and comfortable. I will say the kitchen had very little in the way of cups (4) and utensils so could use more of those but everything was clean and well maintained and the check in and check out were easy. They owners also had good recommendations in their book.

Rustic exterior but true oasis interior

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house has a very clean and cozy feel. We loved the layout, wood floors, spacious rooms, sunroom, and kitchen. We need to travel with our own food due to medical needs, so I especially loved the kitchen and its built-in pantry and nice fridge. The beds are all extremely comfortable. The location is convenient to attractions and shopping. Be sure to head over to the city park by the water that's super close by.

Not quite what we expected

I don’t normally give reviews that aren’t excellent but this house was not what we were expecting after reading the reviews. We had to go buy a can opener as the kitchen wasn’t well outfitted at all.. Pots and pans in terrible condition. Hard to see to cook as microwave light didn’t work and ceiling light was dim. Couldn’t take a shower at night in the en-suite bathroom as the light was burnt out. Has a hole in the wall above the taped off medicine cabinet. Blinds all over the house are cheap and were in very bad shape. Duvet on bed had stains, ick. The neighborhood feels sketchy but is close to the grocery store.

Very Nice!

Wonderful house. In the middle of town, easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Very comfy beds. Took our ATVs and had enough parking. The house was a little dusty but otherwise clean.

Nice house

The house was very nice on the inside, although it somehow felt like it wasn’t quite complete. Nothing major, just not quite what I’ve experienced previously with VRBO. It could use a bit more privacy from the neighbors, probably some landscaping would help. The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. It was spacious and comfortable enough for 6 people.

Family Adventure

If you are looking to visit the National Park and other things in the area this was a great house and location. It is the desert so nothing is close, but this was centrally located for everything we did. And, we loved that it was an older home.

A Nice Home

The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well supplied. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The master bath was convenient but tiny with a toilet, sink and shower. The second bathroom was spacious and had a tub with a shower faucet with plenty of counter and cabinet space. There was a large dining table and living room. The washer and dryer came in handy. However we were surprised that the bedroom closets were locked and used for storage space. We were unable to hang clothing we’d brought for a memorial service. The blinds in every bedroom were in poor condition and provided little privacy. There was no window covering on the window of the back kitchen door. We would return to this property if closets were made available for hanging clothes and the blinds were replaced. It was overall a nice property.

Great getaway spot

Great spot with easy access to dining and carlsbad caverns national park. Owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. If we get to go back to carlsbad, we would definitely stay here again!

Love this adorable home.

My family and I booked at the last minute because we needed a getaway before school starts. This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the teenagers. The house has everything and more than you could ask for!!! Loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone! Great location to many stores and restaurants. Would book this house again!!!

National Park Base Camp

This home served as a great base camp for traveling to both Carlsbad Caverns as well as Guadalupe Mountain NP. The home was spacious for a family of 4 and had plenty of amenities. Grocery store was only a few minutes away and the neighborhood was quiet.
