Vous adorerez cette belle et spacieuse maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes! Internet ultra-rapide (100 Mo) prendra en charge tous vos appareils. Situé à l'extrémité nord de Carlsbad à quelques minutes de la plupart des restaurants de la ville et à seulement trente minutes en voiture du parc national de Carlsbad Caverns. Détendez-vous en famille ou en groupe dans cette maison de quatre chambres avec 2 lits king size, 1 lit queen, une chambre avec lits superposés avec quatre lits doubles et deux canapés-lits queen size.

L'espace
Tous les nouveaux meubles rustiques sont super confortables avec une touche sud-ouest. Téléviseurs grand écran dans chaque chambre, qui diffuseront toutes vos émissions de télévision par câble préférées. Le jeu d'arcade Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles divertira les enfants. Deux tables à manger pleine grandeur pouvant accueillir 13 personnes et un patio extérieur couvert pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. La maison est équipée d'une cafetière, d'un mixeur, d'un grille-pain et d'appareils modernes. Laveuse et sécheuse avec planche à repasser. Belles salles de bains spacieuses. Pack n Play est disponible pour les bébés / tout-petits. Nous nous sommes assurés d'ajouter tout le confort de la maison pour enrichir votre séjour et sommes très réactifs aux besoins de nos clients

Host was very responsive when we had an issue with a bathroom toilet flushing. He sent someone over and fixed it right away. House was clean and in a great location. Plenty of towels for all of us and easy check out.

We were a large family of 4 generations and it was wonderful to be together in one place. Only thing I saw missing was it could use an extra couch in living room. We had a perfect family vacation. Families from 3 states met up and shared Christmas.

Good for a big group

We had a group of 8 and the house was very spacious for us. Comfy beds. You can tell this place has been rented out for a while, some things missing / wobbly and have seen better days, but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again if I had a big group!

Great property and nice set up. Plenty of room for our group of 9 with space to spare. Kids loved the bunk room. Dining room was spacious with lots of seating. Great communication with host. Highly recommend.

Amazing comfortable beds

This place was fantastic. The beds were phenomenal. We rented this for graduation. We were able to walk the Graduation at the high school! We had a large group of people of all ages. The bunk room was excellent for the kids, and the living and dining room areas were awesome to hang out in and spacious the couches were also pull out beds.

the property was exactly as pictured. Shawn was very responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space for our party of 8. The kids loved the arcade style games. I would recommend this property.

Mostly great!

My family and I stayed three nights here and it was mostly great! The house was nice and clean. The bunk room was great for the kids and the Ninja Turtle game was a hit! There were a few communication issues. I messaged the host about a few concerns and only got automated messages in return. It would have been nice to get a real answer. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was nice. Overall, a nice stay!

Bathrooms were not clean upon arrival. Trash around property. Kitchen grimy and appliances not cleaned upon arrival. Sheets and linens were fine however the overall cleanliness of property was well below expectation.

Great space for large family

We enjoyed a family reunion in Carlsbad and this house provided exactly what we needed in terms of a space to house 9 kids and 9 adults. Both the indoor space and the fenced yard gave the kids plenty of room to play, create, and bond. Beds were comfy and spacious, and the house was VERY clean. The amenities aren't frivolous like you may find in other vacation rentals, but the basics were covered. The kitchen isn't super well stocked, but the basics are covered for sure. With what was there and some paper plates/cups/utensils, we cooked 3 dinners, 3 breakfasts, and packed up lunches to take on our adventures. If we were going to the same location next time, I would absolutely try to rent this place again!

Grand adobe stay

The trash was full when we got there and nobody came to get it during our stay. The toilet in one of the restrooms was also broken. We had to manually flush it. The switch in the other bathroom did not work so the light would stay on and it was also heating up a lot. Overall it was a great stay in a nice neighborhood but just in need of a few home improvements.

Good, centrally-located property to National Parks

I selected the property due to proximity to National Parks, and size of the property. Property worked well for our needs. Positives - large living room, kitchen and dining area, large converted garage for extra bedroom space, convenient to grocery stores and local attractions. GREAT wi-fi. Negatives - dishwasher does not work well. Family mentioned the rooms were "dark", and noticed multiple light bulbs were burned out. Both negatives were mentioned to the property owner for correction. If corrected, this would be a 5-star location for me. Communication/check-in issues were probably due to owner being out of the country for most of our stay.
