You will love this newer 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Carlsbad, Nm. It is great for a family with kids, offering Avengers arcade video games, basketball hoop and bunk room for the kids. You have everything you need to cook or grill out with inside and patio dining. If you love coffee, you can make it by the pot with Mr. Coffee or use the Keurig coffee maker. You'll be able to clean your own laundry with the provided front loading washer and dryer. We offer super fast internet with 300mb wifi.

In the living room you have a large screen TV with leather seating for 6 and an optional sofa bed. Every bed room has an available television with Hulu with Live Cable TV and Disney+. They are all Roku TVs so you can also use your own apps. This is a beautiful home that you will love for you and your family!

Nice House

We liked the house and it was a great location to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Parks.!

The host pretty much ignored any message I sent.The pull out couch that my son was suppose to sleep on had mouse droppings all over. The mattress was stained and very dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. It was larger than I thought it would be. So overall, I would say it could have been cleaner. They need to fix the screen door, it is heavy and slams shut. And there was a piece of border wood on floor that was broke and every one kept tripping over it. Hard to explain but hopefully it will get fixed. I personally will not stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was clean and comfortable.It is conveniently located near US285. Recommend dining at El Jimador and Yellow Brick. Definitely go to KaleidaScoops for ice cream.

Nice modern house. Its a bit of a drive to Carlsbad Caverns but not too far. Worked good for us.

Carlsbad Vacation

With exception of a couple of glitches, this would have been a 5 star rating. The emailed code for entry wasn't correct, but a call to owner solved that quickly. The house was clean and pictures are accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. The patio had not been cleaned, and last tenant had left several bottle caps, cigarette butts and paper laying around. They had also used the grill but didn't clean it after use. The patio lights required an extension cord, but wasn't provided. There was a Lowe's just down the road so that was an easy solve as well. If ever back in the area, we would book this house again!!

Look elsewhere

The grass had not been mowed in a long time. There are goathead stickers in the front yard that attach to your shoes or pants if you step into the yard when getting out of your car. The front porch light did not work making it hard to see the control pad. The combination was wrong given to us. We had to dig further to find out there was a 2nd combination to get in. There is no coffee provided. There is no master closet. There is no shower in the master bath, only a small jetted tub. Only 1 wash cloth provided per person for a 3 night stay. 2nd bedroom closet light did not work. Not enough cookware provided. There was a camper parked in front of the house making it hard to see when coming out of the driveway. The basketball goal was in the way when getting out of a vehicle parked on the left side of the driveway.

Perfect

The house was perfect. There wasn’t a single discrepancy in the listing which was great. The house was clean, neighborhood was perfect and close to a variety of things. I really appreciate also the amount of dishes, pots and pans etc. the backyard and grill were great. Also super clean inside and out so no issues. Really appreciated the communication from the owner too!!
