Wonderful home

This is a very nice spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, has comfortable beds, large comfy sofa, great kitchen with many utensils for cooking, large dining table perfect for playing games with family. This is my 2nd time staying in this home and just like the 1st it was great! Will definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful home with everything we needed and then some. The kitchen had a well stocked assortment of utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. We loved the outdoor gas fireplace with comfy chairs and overhang so we could enjoy being outside even when it was raining. The indoor gas fire hearth was also cozy as we reclined in the leather sofa. The master bath was luxurious with the double showerheads and jetted tub. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows. One aspect we would like future guests to know is that this house is in a residential area. Generally the atmosphere was quiet but if there was neighborhood noise, it did not go past 9:00pm. We used location as a jumping off point to visit the Guadalupe NP and Carlsbad Caverns NP. The town had plenty of restaurants and a major grocery store for anything you would you need. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. Thank you, Jeannie for sharing your lovely home with us. We know future guests will love it too!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The house had everything we needed and it was beautifully decorated. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

Clean, beautiful, updated, incredibly well-appointed with everything you could want/need, wonderful linens, very comfortable beds. Loved it, and we will be back next time we have to head to Carlsbad for work.

House was just lovely! The pictures didn't do it justice. It was decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything you could want to prepare a meal. The recliner couch and the bed were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Carlsbad!

Our family stayed here while visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park—great place to stay! Very clean, nice neighborhood, convenient location, and lots of space to spread out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful well setup vacation rental.

One of the best setup vacation rentals we have stayed at to date. Beautiful home and a great layout for relaxing. Close to activities in town and great location. Host was super helpful when needed.

This home has everything you need and then some. It is absolutely gorgeous and in a great, peaceful location. Jeannie, the property manager, was very responsive and really looked out for us. I highly recommend this home!
