Nous avons une maison de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, lit king size dans chaque chambre, avec télévision par satellite, wifi et un espace privé pour profiter du plein air et du barbecue.

Également sur place, nous avons 6 kitchenettes entiĂšrement meublĂ©es et 4 cabines avec douche / salle de bain.

Les autres commodités sont un pavillon couvert, un foyer et un parking pour bateaux.

De la glace, du charbon de bois et du bois de chauffage peuvent ĂȘtre achetĂ©s sur place.

Great place to stay!

This was an excellent place to stay near Clearwater Lake! Mark (owner) was great to work with! The house very clean, had all basic necessities, and close to lake/marina. We loved the community fire pit, and the gas fire pit in our area. We will be staying here again!

Place was clean, little hard to find since I hadn't been there before. Kitchen was well stocked. Wifi could be a lot better, barely worked. Normally not an issue but we had zero cell service.

Nice place for Clearwater Lake.

It was a very nice place to stay by Clearwater Lake. Place was very will keep up and clean. The owner helped us out at check-in and check out was very simple. Kitchen and bathroom have the basics you need for your stay, but if you are use to extras like shampoo or salt/pepper be sure to bring your own. We would recommend and stay again.

Our weekend

Owner very nice and accommodating! Location to marina was great! There was an ant issue in the bathroom and kitchen. The bedrooms had an odor which may have been coming from the carpet.

Loved the house!

Hate to promote this house because I want keep it my secret! Mark the owner is great; property was clean, accessible and modernized. My wife and two older kids enjoyed the house as well. Both rooms are large and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Having a washer and dryer to use was also great. We will be staying here again!

Weekend trip to see the eclipse!

The house is nice and cozy and clean. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil and pans. LOTS of towels and toilet paper! The owners are very nice and accommodating. Ice and firewood are available for inexpensive cash purchase on property. Very easy access to the lake and marina. The only challenge was the WiFi. It worked ok for some streaming services, but less so for anything else. We had a lot of fun. Hope to see you again soon!

PERFECT!

Mark and Sandy are both very kind and gracious hosts. The house had everything we needed, atmosphere was peaceful and very relaxing. The lake is super close (2 min drive if that) and the river is not very far either. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is it! We will be back no doubt. A great escape from STL

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clan and stocked with whatever you might need. We cooked for 3 nights and I was very impressed with the kitchen supplies. There was a very spacious bathroom with washer/dryer; 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed; very comfy living room, connected with the kitchen; comfortable outside patio with the sitting-area and fun place to sit around the fire-pit. Tastefully decorated. Also: the lake is right there, you can rent a boat from any of 3 marinas near-by (one is right there, one is ~15 min drive away, and one 40 min away). The lake is warm and you will feel secluded as if you are on some remote island (that is a compliment !!). I strongly recommend going during the week, as opposed during the weekend. Also, nearby options for fun on rivers (Black River or Current River). I strongly recommend it.

Awesome little house!

Very clean, big open floor plan. Great A/C. Fully furnished with a personal patio. Owners were very friendly and communication was great. Perfect middle point between Sam Baker Park and Crystal Lake. We would definitely stay here again.

This property has several advantages for our outdoor lover and year round explorers. Just a few notes we area .5 miles from Bluffview Marina that has 3 boat ramps as well as boat rentals, 10 miles from river access on the crystal clear Black River as well as many other outdoor activities. If your a canoe / kayaking enthusiast, it is 20 miles of Jeff's Canoe Rentals or 10 miles to Kemper's Canoe rentals.
