Private home with a private drive. Nice view of the surrounding hills and Black River. River access within 3 minutes and Jeff's canoe rental is 5 minutes away. Lots of local wildlife. Cell phone service at the house to stay in touch. Great area to ride your UTV because there are miles of gravel roads and access points to Black River.

Great house for Families

We stayed here to take the kids on a family float trip. Its close to Jeffs Canoe and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids.

Great View

Perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and great place to ride out of. House had everything we needed. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would go back again!

Home at the black river

We came here going to the black river. We have always stayed at the black river. This is the first time here, it was amazing. Spacious, beautiful views, and plenty to do. I would recommend over And over. This is a great property., we will stay again.

Lovely view, very clean!!

Probably the best part about this unit is the view. You are near Tom Sauk Mountain which is the highest point in the state of MO. This provides an excellent vista of the surrounding Ozark mountain range, which are tree-covered in the Summer. The cleanliness of the rental was outstanding! Enjoyed our stay very much

Great Float Trip House

Great house and property! We went for a family float trip with the kids and the playground and cornhole where a hit! The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Also very beautiful view out the front of the house. We would definitely stay again!

Quick, but great, weekend getaway!

We loved our stay at this property! The views from the front porch are beautiful and the place was very nice, very clean, and spacious. It's secluded, but also located very close to public river access-which made it easy to load up and spend the days there. Justin was quick to respond and very helpful. We will be back!

Amazing!!!

We loved this location and home. Very well kept and view is amazing. So close to the river and perfect outdoor space for gathering after. Amazing movie selection available to use if wanted. We will definitely be coming back.

It was a little further away from everything than I originally expected and since I try to eat out when visiting small towns to help local economy I ended up driving about 30 minutes to get food. HOWEVER...place is quiet, cozy and clean! As an ex-housecleaner I am always leery on staying places since most have a different view on what "clean" means. Would definitely stay here again simply for the cleanliness.
