They were always fast at responding and attending from questions to any issues during the stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our one month stay. The building was getting some renovating work done so at times we had issues with noise or only one of the elevators working, etc. but not the biggest deal. We were fine with it.

Two bedrooms two baths was a priority. We were so impressed that those who got up early or stayed up later could use the kitchen and TV without disturbing the ones in bedrooms. It was very soundproof!! I also liked the larger lanai. All four of us could sit comfortably. The view was beautiful - diamond head, golf course, waterway and the ocean! Just as important the condo was well kept and extremely clean - bathrooms, kitchen, everything including appliances.

Hawaii Staycation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to medical issues, we had to stay in HI for an additional 6 weeks. We had to scramble and find a place that would work for us. We were questioning it as we were driving in because there are some sketchy places nearby, but it pleasantly surprised us. This place was PERFECT! There was enough space for 3 of us. It has a kitchen with almost everything needed. The view was great (although high up). The pool on the rooftop was a great surprise. I'm 63 and it was an easy walk to the beach (There are backpack beach chairs too), restaurants and shopping. Safeway is only a couple miles away so if you don't have a car it's a quick & inexpensive Uber ride. Be sure to bring the rolling grocery cart with you to make the trip up easier and fewer trips. The place was very clean & James is very responsive to answer questions. You can see the fireworks from the roof top each Friday night. I would definitely book this place again if I needed to stay in Oahu again.

One Month stay at 2417 Fairway Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were amazed at how well stocked the condo was. Everything was high quality from the kitchen utensils to beach chairs. There were copious amounts of cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. If you want to partake in all that Waikiki has to offer, this is a great location. Condo is very safe and secure. The views from the pool deck is truly spectacular. We like to cook rather than going out, so found the kitchen a bit small, but managed ok. We were very fortunate to be given a late checkout of 3 pm - our flight was at 10:30 pm, BUT found the entry code had been changed and we were LOCKED OUT at 11:10 am. It was a frantic 45 mins before we were able to contact James - our friends had their luggage locked inside and they had a 2:15 flight to catch. I would suggest that there be more visible directions for the washer, dryer, ac and tv volume . We had difficulty with them all. Byron was very quick to our rescue when we needed him. It’s our our 6 th time renting through Captain Cook Resorts and we have highly recommended them to many of our friends. We’ve already booked for next year.

What a great place to stay for a truly wonderful six-week stay!

Reviewer Comments: We picked this place because we try to stay at the Fairway Villa every time we come and because we've used Captain Cook in the past and appreciate their service and professionalism. We knew that there would be a great view and a comfortable set-up because the pictures show that. What the pictures don't show however is how much attention has been paid to detail. They have really thought through what you need when you stay somewhere for a long time. They had everything you could possible think of available and some we'd never imagined! Here's a partial list: a boogie board, two beach chairs, a lunch-sized cooler, a beach umbrella, three other umbrellas, 2 large and 1 small, two coffee makers, large and small rice cookers, sharp knives (I), so many cooking utensils that I had to offload some to another drawer. Loads of dishes, some for children. A pizza pan! A great TV set up. Even a wheeled cart for hauling stuff to the beach or going to the farmers' market. I would say that this was the easiest time we've had ever in terms of what was available. Did I mention sun screen, shampoo, dish soap? We highly recommend this wonderful unit. Finally, James, our property manager, was very responsive, and when he was off, Byron answered our questoins for us. We have never been disappointed by the service given by Captain Cook. Thank you very much!

다른 아파트에 묶고 있는 중인데 여기 정말 손꼽히게 좋은 시설임. 냉장고에 얼음 나오는 정수기 달렸음. 세탁기, 건조기, TV, 헤어드라이기까지 모두 최신식. 사용하진 않았지만 플레이스테이션 게임기 있고 DVD 플레이어도 있음. 비치용 의자랑 파라솔까지 있어서 놀람.. 물놀이 때 요긴하게 잘 썼음. 에어컨 낡았지만 바람 잘 부는 하와이라서 별 문제 안 되고, 소파베드 퀸사이즈 나쁘지 않았음. 다시 여기로 가고 싶다..

The Perfect Vacation Property

The unit had all the amenities we required and was located in the heart of Honolulu with Waikiki Beach only blocks away and a gorgeous view of Diamond Head out our window. We were contacted by Captain Cook Real Estate shortly after our arrival to see if there was anything we required. A special thank you to James the unit manager. Our flight did not leave Honolulu until late in the evening and he allowed us to store our luggage in another unit after our check out time. Also, the washer was not working and it was immediately replaced with a brand new machine. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this unit again.

February 2019 Stay

This condo has recently been renovated. The owner has done a great job and is very attentive to his renters. The condo is located in Waikiki but is back far enough from all the noise so it is quiet. You can walk to anything in Waikiki from the zoo to watching the fireworks at the Hilton on Friday nights. It is great having an assigned parking spot which can be an issue in Waikiki. You get a great view from the roof top pool which also has BBQs for your use. Captian Cook is a first class operation and very attentive to their customers needs. They meet you at the condo when you arrive and are available by phone 24/7. We have rented with then the times now in two years and would not consider using anyone else. We had Bryan again who is very professional and helpful. Great job by all.

Great Place In Waikiki

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. In Waikiki but far enough away from all the noise. The condo is well equipped, clean and great security. It is nice to have an assigned parking stall. The host was very pleased to have us there. Byron from Captain Cook was great as usual. Third time using Captain Cook any they are top notch. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for one in Waikiki.

Perfect location

Our stay was wonderful. Everything is as stated in the overview. Beach accessories were well thought out. The one thing you could use is a proper cheese grater. We left you an extra boogie board for your guests. Beds were comfy, the whole condo was well stocked. Very safe building, rooftop deck wonderful. We are a family of 5, with teenage kids-it was great.

November 2018 Stay

After an absolute nightmare air bnb experience we checked into our suite here. James was nice enough to meet us early and was great at explaining everything. The suite itself is exactly what the pictures show and was amazing. We are a family of 4 and absolutely love this place. the building staff are friendly and overall we are very much enjoying our time here. I highly recommend . The suite offers everything that a family, or couple would require to live just like home. I'd come back again for sure 😀
