Ce beau 2 chambres 2 salles de bain situé sur le côté nord est entièrement meublé avec toutes les commodités. Est entièrement climatisé avec WIFI et Satelite Dish, 2 TV ''s. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils les plus récents. Ce condo douillet vous fera payer des frais à domicile. Condo Villa est située dans un quartier de premier ordre à Estate Dorothea. Est proche de plusieurs plages et magasins de proximité, station d'essence et plusieurs restaurants tels que Treize, le quartier de North side et Sibs Mountain Bar et restaurant. La célèbre plage de Hull Bay est à quelques minutes du condo et la plage de Dorothea est à 8 minutes à pied. Condo Villa surplombe l'océan et la montagne tropicale. Ce complexe de condos a seulement six unités, ce qui n'est pas un très grand complexe.

This property is in a great location on the north side. It's close to Hall Beach, Magens Bay, Drake seat and Moe's Market. Perfect spot to visit St Thomas our house was very clean and has all the kitchen items your used to.

The Ultimate Escape had an amazing view and was perfect for our party of 4!! Mida our host was so sweet and nice. She provided us with transportation to and from the airport so there were no problems with check in. She also provided us with transportation at a very good rate (Taxis on the island is very expensive) during our stay at her lovely home!! She would definitely get 10 stars if we could give her that many!! Lol We had an amazing trip!!

Our Christmas vacation

We arrived on island & met with family & friends before arriving to the property. The host was very accommodating to us by coming to our location & guiding us to the property. He informed us he would return the next day & carry us to the supermarket & giving a tour to & from the property. Overall it was a pleasurable stay & the place was very accommodating for our Christmas vacation. It is a place we would have no problem renting in the future. We would like to thank the host for his hospitality.

Filthy & Unlivable

This property was filthy. There was mold everywhere, broken AC, broken cabinets, wet towels, & used shampoo bottles in the shower. The stove barely worked. I moved my family out of the property after two nights and found them somewhere else to stay.

Good day, I am so sorry, you found the house to be dirty. I don’t think I have any other guest complaints about such. However, you stayed in the house for 2 day that mean it was clean and comfortable for you to stay for 2 days. Or was it about another reason you left that has nothing to do with the host or the house? Hope you had a great vacation on this beautiful island:

A true island gem

It’s hard to write into words how wonderful these property owners and this property are. When strangers take you in with such kindness, it changes the whole VRBO experience. I came to island after a while in St. John with my daughter for a relaxing last weekend in the Caribbean. This property is one that can not be surpassed. I can’t thank these kind people enough for showing me and especially my daughter what true hospitality is. Thank you Mida and Kumar! Until next time! Ps I forgot the best part: the view of the entire ocean and the island. A view from the mountain top only seen in post cards and this VRBO listing.

Rough Edges but Manageable

The only intent of our review is to put a recent and honest review out there for the next guests. Good Things - Updated bathrooms, quiet neighborhood (except for the roosters, LOL), Manager answered our issues immediately. Things that we didn't expect - This is a kind of a remote area. Road into the neighborhood would be challenging with a rental car (suggest SUV). Things that could be improved - The kitchen has a couple of updates but needs some repairs/updates (cabinets) and a good cleaning. Slightly Scary Things that went wrong - Bed in Master bedroom was broken when we got there. Manager came as soon as we let him know but repairs took a while. We slept on the floor a couple of nights. Bed was still questionable when we left. Washer stopped filling on Day 2. Manager addressed but still didn't work for the rest of our stay.

Ironically, brand new bed was broken by the guest. Did he used it too hard or had the kids jumped on the bed! Regardless, the issue it was repaired, sorry my guest did not sleep on the floor. The place has 3 Queen size beds. Washer worked all the time, guest just didn’t know how to operate and broke the machine. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The road is fine all the people who live there use the same road. Some guest are just harder to please and make happy, but we jump the rope to be at their service to bring and fix what is beyond our control. To my future guest everything fixed and fine. Welcome all👍🏼

Island Living Estate Dorothea Style

Island-living Estate Dorothea Style My family and I had the most enjoyable time at this Estate Dorothea Vrbo listing. Located on the northside of the island, our adventure began once we started up Crown Mountain Road to get the Northside. The views of the southside of the islands were breathtakingly beautiful! As we drove up that long and winding word, it was amazing to see houses built along the steep mountain. Driving on the left side of the road took some getting used to, but it is doable. Our ride to the Vrbo listing required traveling along narrow roads on the left side while avoiding the left side drivers going the opposite way. Be prepared for the St. Thomas’ roads, especially the roads that are the 70-degree angles of the roads you go up and down. It was not usual to find me holding on for dear life every time we went up or down those island roads. The road to our condo was accessible but it took a lot of maneuvering on the road that led to the place. The Condo The condo’s accommodations were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very neat, clean and accommodated with fresh wash-clothes and towels. The living room and kitchen provide my family with all the necessary items a family would need to be independent for several days of living on the island. There is also a washer and dryer on the premise for us to wash our clothes. The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was perfect for my family and allowed for each couple the privacy when needed. For the news-fanatics that we are, it was great to have the wi-fi accessible to cable TV on the premise. When wanting to spend time outdoors, the outdoor porch was excellent for relaxing after a day at the beach. It was not unusual for us to find ourselves on the porch after a long day of activities as we reflected on our daily outings. We had an absolutely good time at this Vrbo listings. The host, Ms. Mida, treated us like we were family. We felt very comfortable on the premise as if we lived in the islands. On the night we arrived at the condo, my brother has missed his flight from Miami to St. Thomas. I mentioned this to my host, and she stepped in and proactively helped with the situation we found ourselves in. She offered to pick my brother from the airport although his flight arrived passed 10:00 p.m. In addition, Ms. Mida was kind enough to not picked up my brother from the airport, but she also bought food for my husband and I to eat. We will rent again.

Very disappointed

Where we enter the unit the unit was nasty so we had to call her and tell her how dirty it was we also have pictures of the nasty mess that we came into the couch has a wooden board to hold it up they are only works in the bedroom the front of the house very hot the kitchen window doesn't close it has paper towels on it together come in through the kitchen window the lady was trying to be so nice it shows up without being announced he came over and chill with me shut down like nothing with nothing came and had drinks one to take us to the store show her her other unit that she had because she knew what was coming back I get home I got more charges they also just took an extra $600 out of my account she called me afterwards when I called her to ask her about the charges Sandra I had an extra person but you hung out and came over there and chill they're going to charge me after I would like to know why I was there and not when I get home a day later with a surprise very arrogant and disrespectful I have all the text messages clue the pictures of the unit we was barely there we got up every morning because it was hard to get a taxi that even come out there to come and get you so you most definitely need a rental car for this unit don't let her get too close to you and act like she's so friendly because she will smack you with extra charges about time you leave I am now trying to dispute the charges with my bank as we speak now very disappointed because even when she took us to the store she wanted to use her food stamps and take our for food please do not do I use her as a taxi she charges $10 to get in her car so are you around and she'll be friendly like everything is okay but when you get home from the store and she will come up with things that you know it's not true she also said it was ashes all over the place and no one smoked inside the unit at all but I do have pictures of cigarette front under the bed when we first got their CDs and socks under the bed also the air conditioner unit in one room is leaking water really bad she has a trash can sitting by the window the pictures that you see inside the ad the rooms does it look like Santa sleigh bed in the room with the leaking air conditioner only towels and wash rags in the unit is where she decorates in the bathroom refrigerator was not on or plugged up with food still left in the refrigerator from other other other people very disappointed for $1,600 find Academy broke with glass still in

Want a place that’s nice for the family and not the tourist area? Then this is the place!! Absolutely peaceful and relaxing! Community is very nice. Owner was very responsive if needed anything!
