Notre maison est votre maison à St Thomas, ßles Vierges américaines ~ ~

Ce condominium rénové avec goût, est une vraie maison loin de la maison. Il contient toutes les nécessités de ménage vous aurez besoin et plus encore. L'emplacement en bord de mer vous permet de se endormir et se réveiller aux sons des vagues. On peut prendre une photo de la lever sans sortir du lit.

Ce est vraiment un emplacement privilégié sur l'ßle, puisque l'on peut passer les vacances ensemble sans laisser Bolongo Bay. Bolongo a trois des restaurants les plus populaires à Saint-Thomas: homard Grill, Iggies et Mims. Lobster Grill propose de la musique live et une ambiance romantique, Iggies a tout ce que vous pouvez manger jours et des soirées karaoké, et Mims (une famille détenue et exploitée authentique restaurant de fruits de mer des caraïbes) sert de loin le meilleur homard sur l'ßle. Bolongo Bay possÚde également son propre club de plongée, qui fournit une gamme complÚte de services, par exemple: plongée instruction / excursions, des excursions de plongée en apnée et la location d'équipement. En outre sur la plage, vous pouvez trouver location de jet ski et des excursions. En outre, il ya 2 sont court de tennis, trois piscines, un terrain de beach volley, et une petite grotte pour explorer à la pointe orientale de la baie.

Il ya aussi un petit hÎtel exploité de famille portant le nom de la baie, Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. Il est connu pour hosintg mariages somptueux sur la plage et de la planification des excursions en catamaran (bateau nommé: Jours célestes; amarré sur Bolongo Bay).

Toutefois, si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ© Ă  explorer le reste de l'Ăźle, vous ĂȘtes trĂšs proche de la plupart des points d'intĂ©rĂȘt. (Voir la carte) En outre, il ya des ferries qui vous conduiront Ă  d'autres des États-Unis et les Ăźles Vierges britanniques Ă  partir de Marina Bay Couronne et Red Hook Marina.

Our host, Steven, was very helpful and the condo was clean and welcoming. We loved the view from the balcony and the opportunity to swim in three different beautiful pools. We also loved the ability to walk to the beach, dive shop, and enjoy three delicious restaurants.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had absolutely everything needed for a perfect relaxing vacation. This condo has excellent finishing touches and is immaculate. The owner was very prompt when we had one question about the smart TV in the living room.

Great place with ocean view!

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It had all the amenities we needed and a beautiful ocean view. There is a beach nearby within 3-4 minute walk. We didn’t use it much as we preferred to go to Sapphire beach. The place was perfect for a quiet family vacation.

Tranquility

We loved the island. Our rental property could have used a couple more blankets and pillows. It also needs a can opener. The view and weather were amazing. Driving was crazy fun. The snorkeling was gorgeous.

Had a great time!

We stayed from Saturday to Thursday and had a great time. The property was clean and had all the items/amenities listed. Everything was great and it gave all of us time to relax with no worries.

Great stay at Watergate

very nice property for family of four. New updates to rooms and appliances and patio furniture made it quite comfortable with great views, would stay here again in future hopefully soon! Quick walk to Bolongo Beach resort for dinner and Mims restaurant steps away, enjoyed both and location to Red Hook for ferry nearby

Amazing Property for Family Vacation

The property and location are amazing. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel like you have your own tropical paradise but close enough to everything you need. Property is well equipped and the owners are very nice and communicative. This was the first trip for my kids off the "mainland' and they fell in love, many thanks to the property. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back.

Beautiful location

The location and the view are perfect .The condo could use some updating . Water temps for showering was sporadic. I did contact the owner and they tried to resolve the problem. It was a little better but still I think they needed a new water heater. The owner was very good and communicated back to me that he had contacted maintenance. The unit needs a better housekeeping crew. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view!

Place was lovely with great views of the bay from the balcony. 4 stars only because the hot water was intermittent and we ended up taking cold showers. Contacted the management company and were told they had no one on the weekend.

Paradise Jam week

We booked this condo for our family. We came in for the Paradise Jam basketball tournament and it was a great place to stay. The views were great and the proximity to the Bolongo Bay resort was great for eating at Iggies. Also Mims was a great restaurant in the next building down. We were a short drive from some really nice beaches to visit on the island and also the ferry to St Johns. The condo was well stocked and the place was very clean. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family staying on the island.

Absolutely Perfect

It was great to be back to St Thomas. Our 2nd time staying at Estate Bolongo. Family of 4 spent 15 days in Steven and Lillian's condo and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Owners have wonderful communication, friendly neighbors, and conveniently located next to Mims restaurant. Quick drive to Redhook, our favorite hangout, and a few minutes more to Lindquist Beach, our favorite beach on the island. Couldn't have been happier and look forward to returning next year!

Spacious condo!

This was a great place to stay. I appreciated the extra things like a discreet clothesline for drying swimsuits and included beach towels/fold out chairs. The 3 accessible pools were very nice and not crowded. Not the property but as info for visitors- Bolongo Bay was very windy/rough (maybe not all the time?) and rocky and so was not good for swimming. We went to other beaches to swim/snorkel but the view is great and having walk-to restaurants is very nice. Property was quiet and felt very secure/safe.

We are from New York and feel that our winters have been getting colder, or perhaps we are getting older and more cold intolerant. We found a true second home here on St.Thomas and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We like ourselves and our guests to be as comfortable as possible. So our place is fully renovated with a brand new kitchen, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, and furniture. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We first came to St. Thomas aboard the Infinity Cruise line. Magens Bay on St. Thomas seemed to be the most memorable beach of the entire trip. We subsequently returned to vacation on the island itself and found beaches far more spectacular than Magens Bay. Our family always seems to forget the camera when we go for vacation, but not when we are on St Thomas.
