Récemment rénové maison de vacances avec une grande chambre spacieuse avec une vue pleine fenêtre de la magnifique rivière Rogue, comprend HOT TUB! (nager et baigner à vos risques et périls)
La maison a 3 chambres à coucher, 2 1/2 salles de bains et une pièce supplémentaire qui peut accueillir des invités supplémentaires. Il dispose d'une grande cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils, d'un îlot de cuisson, d'un café et d'un cellier pour se détendre en fin de journée. Si vous décidez de rester dans la journée, vous disposerez de 2 télévisions grand écran séparées, d'une table de jeu et d'un poêle à bois pour rester confortable.
Il y a une grande terrasse couverte du côté de la rivière avec un superbe espace barbecue (inclus) pour les réceptions ou l'isolement, il suffit d'ajouter le kabob.
Les arrière-cours comprennent un foyer extérieur pour profiter de la brise fraîche du soir sur la rivière.
Pêche? oui, que vous utilisiez votre propre bateau ou embauchiez un guide local, le Rogue est réputé pour la pêche au saumon, à la truite arc-en-ciel et à la truite. N'oubliez pas votre bateau à dérive, votre kayak ou les tubes que vous pouvez lancer depuis la propriété ou détendez-vous simplement sur la berge dans votre chaise longue préférée.

Always enjoy staying at the river house. It's proximity to all of southern Oregon is great and the house and grounds are well maintained. Our dog likes to be able to go outside and I like the fenced yard so he can be out on his own for a bit. Really like going to the antiques shops in Medford and Grants Pass and stopping to get cheese at the Rogue River Creamery.

This property is spot on! The host communication was excellent. House is just as described in listing. We spent every night relaxing on the deck listening to the peaceful river. The hot tub was a bonus to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Plenty of amenities to cook with if you so wish. The beds were comfy and the home was very clean. Great place for a fall getaway!

We’ve stayed here three times and plan to stay here again. It’s perfect for launching the boat for a day on the Rogue River. The house is so comfortable and close to shopping in the Medford area. We love it here!

Rogue River Retreat

This is a beautiful spot to relax, especially on the spacious back deck/porch overlooking the Rogue River. We cooked big meals, played games, lounged in the hot tub, fished in the river and enjoyed good company. It was a great place for us to be between trips to the Redwoods and Crater Lake.

River house is a must

It’s as picturesque as the photos. You are so close to nature with the river at your feet but still very close to the town which is very convenient. The house is so welcoming and has everything you need including a very nice hot tub.

Enjoyable getaway

We have stayed at this property a number of times now, and each has been more relaxing than the last. The area is great for exploring different interests; wineries, antiques, food or just reading and hanging by the river. First time for our friends and they loved the house and property. The mystery house (vortex) was a hit too. Looking forward to hopefully staying again.

Fabulous location and home!!!

Highly recommend this property. Beautiful location right on the Rogue River. House is newly remodeled. Very nice for large family stay. Fantastic kitchen and wonderful open living/dining room. Will come back the next time we visit the Medford area.

National Park getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week to explore 3 national parks. A great location if you are trying to do all 3 (still 1300 miles in a week to see them all). The hot tub is perfect for resting those tired hiking legs. The deck overlooking the river is wonderful. The house has everything you will need or want! We would definitely stay here again!!

Get away from hot weather in Nevada

Fall in River House

This property is comfortably appointed, has a beautiful layout and provides gorgeous views of the Rogue River and surrounding mountains. Its close to shopping and recreation. The hosts are generous and accommodating and provide exceptional customer service. Our family will happily return as often as possible!
