We loved our stay in Grant’s Pass! The beds were comfy and the bedding felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The view of the river from the back deck was a nice bonus, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to play cards or get some R&R. In many ways, it felt better than home. The traffic noise can be little loud at night when sleeping as the boulevard runs near the house, and the water pressure is really strong in the showers. Regardless, we would love to stay here again!

Great Property

Very clean, relaxing, comfortable and convenient by being in town close to amenities. Views of the river were very nice. This property was perfect for our needs, to meet family, play games and watch movies.

The place was very nice just wish they had a place to put clothes out of your suitcase. Drawers in master were full of blankets and linens and only closet upstairs.

Great house. We would rent it again. Our golf tournament was at Grants Pass Golf Club and this house was within 4 miles of the course.

Grants Pass perfect home.

We loved everything about this house. We were in Grants Pass for my nephews wedding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house was very quiet and had a great floor plan which let my husband do some work while still being part of the visiting with relatives. The primary bedroom had the most comfortable bed and we slept great.

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for a long 4 day weekend. We found the townhome to be very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly to us, clean. The home is very well appointed and nicely decorated. We loved all the natural light. The yard was perfect for our little dog, and the proximity to downtown was so convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and we loved the high ceilings and large windows with the river view. Traffic can be heard from both the master and front bedroom probably due to the 199 overpass over the river being quite close, but it did not bother us. I would suggest putting some hooks in the master bedroom and bathroom to hang clothes, etc. We used the front bedroom as our closet and luggage storage since there is no closet in the master bedroom. A delightful stay and highly recommend. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Grants Pass.

We were very disappointed in this house. It was not clean. The bathtub in the front was dirty. There were cobwebs in the light above the dining table. The top of the fridge was full of dust. There were jelly beans on the floor by the couch . There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we had 6 people. Only 1 wine glass.. dust bunnies on the kitchen floor. We will not be staying here again.

Great place!

Happy to say it looked exactly like the pictures! We stayed for a week in early October...it was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bedding and towels were great quality, the yard provided abundant seating and a fire pit! The river is right outside the backyard, but you have to be standing at the fence to see it. It's close to everything, including the charming Historic District.

Beautiful well-appointed Duplex

Very comfortable and spacious with lovely outdoor area. Our dearly departed little dog would have loved it! Quite a bit of road noise in front bedroom (esp Friday & Saturday nights which I suspect were teens street racing) but otherwise very quiet. Plenty of room for visiting family to enjoy a meal or 2. Would stay there again. Host was easy to reach by text although we didn't have any need to contact her.

Amazing find

The property is nicely decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. We were only 2 people, but the space is huge! It was a great place to stay and explore the Rogue River area. We felt pampered in this beautiful home.
